The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The view was gorgeous. The appliances were very outdated. The garbage disposal and Frig. leaked water all over the floor for 2 days there were sewer flies in the kitchen and bathrooms all week and we brought them home with us.

  Not worth what we paid! Was not cleaned, refrigerator was broken and ruined our food(wasn’t fixed while we were there), the bathroom was full of mold and mildew, and the smell of the place was awful and there was gnats everywhere from the garage disposal in the sink! Definitely wouldn’t recommend staying here! I would’ve thought they would’ve moved us to a different room after everything that was wrong with ours or offered some discount. But was offered nothing and was told fixing our refrigerator was over his level!

  The location, view and local amenities were great.
  Upon entering the condo, the odor was awful. It smelled very musty. There was mold throughout, including all around the bath tub, on decor, and baseboards. We had to purchase deodorizer and candles to mask the smell. The water wouldn't drain while using the shower. The dryer took 6 cycles on high heat to dry a small load of towels. The toilet wouldn't flush unless you held the handle down. The refrigerator leaked water on my food. Just not what I expected for the money I spent. Very disappointed. I would not recommend.

  Traveled with family members ages 8 months-44 years of age. We all had a great time. The condo was very spacious and clean. Our only minor complaint was the balcony door from the living room was hard to open and close. Beds and furniture were all nice and comfy and we loved the patio and ability to see dolphins from it every morning! Liquid Life was super easy to book with. 10/10 rating! Can’t wait to visit again!

  The Palms 415 was great!! Very clean!! The furniture was so beachy and comfortable, especially the couch and chair on the balcony. Only thing missing was hair dryer and oven mitts, but that was no big deal. Customer Service was great too, Check in is 3:00 , we got in at 3:30, not so bad! Love the key code door lock so we did not have to keep up with key. Thanks!!!

  Nice, well equipped condo right on the beach. Plenty of space for 2 families of 4! Lots of room to spread out and sleep. We had no issues with the TV or WiFi. I would have like seeing a few more kitchen tools, but we managed. The balcony is a great size, however some of the furniture was zip tied to the rail. This resulted in the set up being less usable. We did stay shortly after Laura hit Louisiana, so I'm not sure it that played a part. I would have enjoyed the set up featured in photos.
