Welcome to The Palms 401, a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bath Gulf-front condo located on the 4th floor in Orange Beach. Perfect for a relaxing vacation, this corner unit boasts a wrap-around balcony with breathtaking Gulf views accessible from every bedroom.

In the Primary suite, unwind in the comfort of a King bed while enjoying your favorite shows on the 60-inch Smart TV. The Primary bath is complete with a large tile walk-in shower, offering a spa-like experience. The second bedroom, equipped with a King bed and a 42-inch TV, also features a private bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom, cozy and inviting, includes a Queen bed and a 32-inch flat-screen TV. Overall, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

The condo's interior is as impressive as its view, with tile floors throughout the living area, adding to the sleek, modern feel. The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a separate ice maker. For your convenience, the unit also includes a full-sized washer and dryer.

Stay connected and entertained with free WiFi and a 50-inch flat-screen TV in the living room. Additionally, the sofa sleeper provides extra sleeping space for guests.

For a more relaxed swimming experience, the indoor heated pool offers comfort and warmth, ideal for all weather conditions. Tennis enthusiasts will appreciate the on-site courts, providing a fun way to stay active during your stay. After a game or a day out, the sauna is a perfect retreat for unwinding and rejuvenating. The grilling area offers an excellent opportunity for outdoor cookouts, ideal for those who enjoy preparing meals in the open air.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  This unit is amazing. As you walk in you are greeted by a large kitchen and two bedrooms to the left (1 king w bathroom and a queen w bathroom in the hall) through the kitchen is the living room and then another king bedroom with attached bath. There is a massive beachfront balcony which wraps around and gives access to the balcony from every bedroom and the living room. The property is nice with indoor and outdoor pools and easy access to Pensacola and Gulf Shores. We will definitely stay here again!

  We have been on several beach vacations, but this one ranks at the top spot! Unit 401 was perfect! My husband and I and my inlaws, plus 2 teenage girls. Very clean and comfortable; very relaxing. Location in Orange beach close to many restaurants and activities. We did not walk anywhere due to no sidewalks on street. Everything within 5 min drive. The Palms was clean and secure complex. The only downside is there are 2 buildings. Our extended family members rented unit 415. Didn't know til we arrived they were in other building. We will definitely rent in this complex again.

  Everything was very nice! The 3 bedroom 3 bath gave us lots of room. Very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Lots of natural light and water views from every room! The black out drapes were both beautiful and functional. Beach access is great too! This condo gets a 10!!
