The Primary suite in The Breakers 73 is designed for ultimate relaxation, featuring a King memory foam mattress for a restful sleep and a 32-inch Smart TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom is well-suited for families or additional guests, including a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, an additional Full bed, and a 43-inch Smart TV, providing a comfortable and versatile sleeping arrangement.

The living room is a welcoming space for relaxation and socializing, equipped with a 50-inch Smart TV. This condo can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for small families or groups.

A fully-equipped kitchen in the unit caters to all your culinary needs, whether you're preparing a quick snack or a full meal. The kitchen also features a built-in under-counter ice maker to add a dash of elegance to your entertaining needs. Additionally, the convenience of a stacked washer and dryer adds to the comfort of your stay, ensuring you have everything you need right at your fingertips.

The Breakers is a charming low-density complex that promises a peaceful and personalized vacation experience. Immerse yourself in the serenity and beauty of the Gulf Coast with our exclusive amenities, including a refreshing outdoor pool, a convenient boardwalk for direct beach access, and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand after a day of sun and surf.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

    We really enjoyed our stay here. No elevator problems and plenty of room on the beach. The condo was nicely appointed with things that we needed. The only complaint would be the body wash and shampoo bottles were filled with water instead of the product. Not good! Otherwise a very successful trip.

    No issues other than the elevator going out for a few hours. Witch normally wouldn’t be an issue but we were on the seventh floor. 😰 all in all a great rental.

    The condo was set up great for my 6-person family. The ice machine was great. It made ice very fast. Beach chair prices were resonable.
    The only negatives about the stay is where the BBQ pits are located (near parking lot) and the size of the pool.

    It was ok. The condo is dated and needs attention such as furniture and appliances updated. And maintenance needs to be done. Fixtures were falling off the wall and the shower was ment for a person shorter than 6 feet tall. Condos floors were filthy when we arrived. Overall condo needs updating.

    We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo! The view could not be beat! The location was extremely convenient... Close to shopping, groceries, restaurants, and anything else you could want! It had many conveniences, including an individual icemaker to put ice in a cooler! We will definitely stay here again.
    The only things we were missing where ceiling fans! Ceiling fans would definitely help cool the rooms off.
