With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and 2100 square feet of living space, this side of the duplex provides ample room for up to 19 guests.

Step inside and discover a beautifully appointed interior with new furniture and modern decor. The open-concept design includes two living rooms and two full kitchens, allowing for plenty of space to gather and entertain. Each living room is equipped with flat-screen TVs, perfect for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The highlight of Sweet Dreams House East is the large shared pool, located just steps from your door. This impressive pool features built-in seating, two ladders for easy access, and measures 16x32 feet with a depth of 3.5-5.5 feet. Spend your days lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the Gulf breeze.

Outside, you'll find a deck area with tables and plenty of chairs, perfect for dining or simply relaxing with a good book. A barbecue grill is also available for outdoor cooking, allowing you to savor delicious meals while enjoying the coastal ambiance.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Great place to stay! Although a lot of people can stay there still felt roomy enough for everybody. We only got 8 towels for a house that sleeps 19 that’s really not enough. We also only got 3 rolls of toilet paper which really doesn’t do for 19 people as well. You can hear everything next door, which was fine with us but if you’re going with a family and don’t want a bachelorette trip or a party going on next door this is the place. The balcony was great although weird to share with the house next door but we had good people so it was fine! Plenty of parking!!!! Overall nice place to stay just a few little details that would have made it better. Two kitchens and two living rooms was great.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.
