The Primary suite is a lavish retreat with a King bed, a cozy sitting area for unwinding, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a sumptuous private Primary bath equipped with a jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom boasts a King bed, a 48-inch TV, and balcony access, allowing for private outdoor relaxation.

Bedroom 3 is comfortably appointed with 2 Full-sized beds, while bedroom 4 creatively accommodates with 2 Twin-Over-Full bunk beds, making it an ideal space for younger guests or large families.

The heart of the penthouse is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It seamlessly flows into two dining areas and a large open living room, featuring a flat-screen Smart TV and a cozy fireplace. This exceptional layout is perfect for entertaining or simply enjoying precious moments with loved ones.

This unit comfortably sleeps up to 14 people and provides free wireless internet, ensuring everyone stays connected and entertained throughout the stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We loved the beach and we always stay in Orange Beach when we have the opportunity but we were disappointed with condo because of all the broken things in our condo I texted in a list of 15 things that needed repair and found 3 more problems before we left They sent a maintenance man to help but most of the problems would take several days to repair and we didn’t want to spend our vacation dealing with repairmen in the condo all day any way. I hope that the condo will be repaired before another family comes to stay because no one wants to spend their vacation working around problems that could and should have been repaired before we came there. I hope our complaints bring about a solid to the problems so the next occupants will be able to enjoy their stay more than we did.

  The main area, kitchen, and bedrooms were adequate in size. The AC unit did leak all over the floor and they had it fixed within 12 hours. However, the bunk beds were split on the top rails with lots of random screws attempting to hold it together and generally felt unsafe. Adequate pantry space for foods. Publix is within walking distance. Disliked having to walk through the parking lot through where they took the dumpster out (where it leaked onto the ground) to get to the pool and beach. Both pools were good but the outside lacked any sort of shade. A family set up a canopy one day which is a good idea. Distance to beach was excellent. Beach service was really nice. Balcony was good (updated smaller width railing and sturdy). Unfortunately, all but 1 curtain had been taken down in the main living area so we were unable to shut the curtains on one part of the windows. Parking lot is very tight (especially when everyone is driving larger SUVs and vans). Good driving distance to many restaurants

  We love of stay at Summerchase. Close to grocery store, souvenir shops, but not as crazy as right in Gulf Shores. I feel this area is more family oriented. Our condo, PH4 sleeps 12. Works great for our families! Cheaper than getting 3 separate condos. Spacious living area. Condo was clean!
