CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Spent another enjoyable week at the Summer Chase. Like this location due to its convenience to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. A nice, updated unit. Big screen TV was difficult to operate. Building 10 new houses next to unit with the associated construction noise during day time. Will probably stay in the unit again in the fall

  We stayed January through February & enjoyed our stay. Many activities are available for people like us who are snowbirds. Golf, condo parties, bingo, crafts, water aerobics & movie night. People are very friendly & we made many new friends. Summerchase is undergoing many improvements such as painting the entire building. Location is great with shopping, restaurants, & nearby park walking & biking trails close by. One negative is the building of new condos next door. Traffic may get congested at the intersection in the future. This was our 3rd year at Summerchase & we have already booked for next year.

  Summerchase is a great find. We did a mother / daughter girl trip (total of 6) and this condo was very spacious, very clean and right in the middle of everything. We had a short drive to all the favorite shops and restaurants. The beach was never crowded since Summerchase has no other resorts right on top of it. We will be returning soon!
