CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Love Summerchase. Have stayed there several times over the past several years. This was not one of my favorite units to stay in. Had a few minor issues but they were resolved very quickly. My main issue was the unit not being very clean. Furniture and carpets in bedrooms were in need of a good cleaning.

  Would be nice if there were more necessities like oven mitts and salt! Carpet needs cleaning in bedrooms and needs to be cleaned behind furniture (found candy wrappers when looking for outlet).

  The location was fabulous and since it is located as an end unit, but balcony was nice. Two TVs did not work when we arrived but when we called they arrived quickly. The only problem was the carpet in all 3 bedrooms were filthy. The had stains all over them. The hall bathroom's commode kept getting hung on the chain with the flapper and the master bathroom vent sounded terrible - we were afraid to use. I found the lost TV changer behind the nightstand in the twin bedroom along with a water bottle.

  This was our 4th time to rent this unit. Still a very nice unit. freshly painted due to Hurricane Sally. All new TV's but cable systme for building was messed up all week. While satisfactory, some of the furniture is starting to look a little tired. It was a another restful week as we enjoyed our stay
