CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  This condo was lacking from the start. There was water damage in the ceiling in the 2nd bathroom. The fan in the master bedroom didn't work. The floors left your bare feet black. The 2nd bedroom was missing the tv remote. And to top it off, there were roaches in the kitchen. The whole Sumerchase building was sprayed during our stay, but once we saw multiple roaches we asked to be be moved. We notified Liquidlife of these issues. But nothing was addressed until the morning that we requested to be moved. Liquidlife did provide a comparable condo in another building down the road. But the only apology we received was from the maintenance guy who showed up the day we were moving to the 2nd condo. We have stayed many times in OBA and have stayed in this building once before. I like the layout of the condo and the large master bathroom shower. But this was by far the worst experience with a condo.

  The building, Summerchase, was great - great location, excellent pools, well cared for. The condo itself - 605 - was ok - but the furniture is very worn (the sofa was completely sagging in, several switches on walls didn't work, the master bedroom ceiling fan didn't work, the remote in living room didn't work on tv, and the floors were so dirty our feet were black - I called Liquid Life for help - a maintenance man came once on the first night at 7:45 at night (that's too late!) to look at tv - he took remote, saw that fan didn't work and said he would return with new remote. He did return the next night, again, after 7:30 pm! Without a new remote but took pictures of fan - said any fixing would depend on owners. No phone call to me to say he was returning - never heard another word. That said, we won't rent that condo again, not sure if we'd rent through Liquid Life - but would definitely rent in the building again as it was lovely.

  We have stayed at many properties in the OB area since 1996.This was not the best but for the price it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and would also recommend Liquid Life as the booking agent. The property was ready about two hours before our arrival. There was no waiting on door codes, etc. Communication with Liquid Life was great.

  The location and the Complex was great. However, the condo itself was lacking. It was not very clean and could have used some updates. The floors would leave your bare feet or socks black. I did complain and the floors were cleaned, it helped, but only for a short time. There were many electrical outlets that didn't work and the condo looked like it wasn't cleaned very good.

  This was a super convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped but I do suggest ice trays. The checkin/out process was very smooth! I must inform the owners that the king bed had an issue on the side close to the windows. That side has dropped down, but we didn't make an issue of it. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed watching dolphins in the morning from the balcony and land crabbing each night. We used the grill provided outback of the condos. I would definitely stay at this condo again!

  The rental property was beautiful. Since the property is not located in the middle of Orange Beach, the beach was not crowded and my family and I were able to spread out a little. The only negative thing I have to say is about the ice maker in the freezer. The ice maker did not work the entire time we were there. Since I checked in late, I waited until the next morning to report it. A very nice maintenance man came to our room to look at it and was unable to fix it.

  This home is AMAZING!!! The view is breath taking from the balcony. The home was extremely clean, location was close to every need, yet far enough away to maintain quietness and privacy. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer does complete full loads. The kitchen included every dish I could think of, including adorable pop-corn bowls for movie night. 5 stars across the board. Will definitely be enjoying this home again in the future.

The condo was clean, decorated beachy and those views from the balcony off the living room and the main bedroom were wonderful! The bedroom had windows with great views, we could see dolphins so easily from there! Just a couple cosmetic updates needed but overall a great place and experience! Cannot wait to be back.

  This was our family’s first beach vacation so I wanted to stay right on the beach. This condo was everything I hoped it would be. It was convenient to find, beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. One of my favorite things about it was the amazing views from the balcony and master bedroom! My only complaint is that the shower in the master bathroom did not drain very well. Other than that we were very happy with the condo and ease of access to the beach. Lovely condo!

  The condo was awesome and very clean, however when we got there our living room remote never worked. It was a Roku TV and we were also missing one of the remotes for the other bedrooms. We were using one remote for two Tv's while also having to watch the same channel in the living room 24/7. We called, and they brought us an "universal" remote and that didn't work either. No big deal we were at the beach all day and out to dinner at night, but it would have been nice to have a simple cable TV to watch on our downtime and with our two kids rather than all being seperated.
