CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We had a lovely trip to OBA and our stay in 402 was vey comfortable. It was clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare simple meals. It was a bit small but that wasn’t an issue unless more than one person was in the space. The decor was outdated but who is really coming to OBA for the decor?! But the kids loved the sofa/loveseat because of the fish, etc. So, that made it fun. The access to the pools, beach etc was easy and convenient. Parking was tight but not too bad.
  
  The property’s location was also very convenient to shopping and restaurants, but it also felt more secluded and quiet being at the end of the main strip. Can’t wait to come back to OBA and stay at Summerchase.

  Condo was in a good location, not really close to a lot of others. Check in and out was quick and easy. Living room furniture looked updated and clean except for one upholstered chair that was full of sand. AC, kitchen appliances and plumbing all worked. A ping pong table, jenga, and connect four were available by the hot tub. We all liked the two tall chairs on the balcony. Now for the cons. Master bed was absolutely terrible. My husband had a back ache all week because of it. The floor didn’t look dirty but our feet were all black from walking barefoot on it. Called and asked for it to be cleaned. If it was, it didn’t do any good, our feet still got black. Table and chairs on balcony were rusted. We spent almost $400 renting 3 umbrellas and 6 chairs on the beach for 4 days and every day, other people set up multiple umbrellas, tents and chairs right in front of us which blocked our view of the water and we had to walk around them. That hasn’t been allowed other places we’ve stayed. I recommend buying/ bringing your own then you can place them wherever you want. After traveling 7 hours, we arrived and wanted to wash up. There was NO face/ hand soap in the condo. The floor mat on the balcony was full of sand so the first time we went out on the balcony, we tracked sand into the condo. We found a broom and swept it which was much better. Would have been nice if it had been swept before we checked in. If the floors would be cleaned better and the master bed replaced, we would recommend this place.

  Loved our stay. The property couldn't have been cleaner. A big concern now with Covid. The condo had all the kitchen gadgets you needed. Management was great. Did not use the pool or whirlpool. The sauna was not open when we were there.

  Overall a good property. Condo was clean and in good repair, even though it is an older property the condo had been updated in multiple areas. Overall property was nice, great location with indoor outdoor pool and hot tub. Small fitness room but lots of space on the property for activities.
