CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  I HAVE STAYED IN THIS CONDO BEFORE AND DIDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES HOWEVER THIS TIME I FELT THAT THE CLEANING WAS NOT GOOD BECAUSE WHEN YOU WALKED ON THE FLOORS YOUR FEET WERE BLACK. ALSO THE DRAINS IN BOTH BATHROOMS WERE BACKING UP WHEN WE TOOK SHOWERS. THE CONDO IS NICE ALL AROUND BUT I REALLY LIKE SUMMERCHASE BECAUSE OF SECLUSION FROM OTHER CONDOS BUT NOW THEY BUILDING ONE RIGHT NEXT TO IT AND WHICH MAKE ME UPSET TO ENJOY VACATION WITH CONSTRUCTION NOISES GOING ON.
