The Primary bedroom is your personal retreat, offering a King-sized bed for ultimate comfort. Wake up to the stunning views of the Gulf and step directly onto the large private balcony from your room, inviting you to bask in the early morning sun or enjoy the peaceful evenings.

The guest bedroom, cozy and inviting, is furnished with a Queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. To accommodate additional guests, the living room includes a convenient sofa sleeper, making the condo a perfect fit for up to 6 guests.

Stay connected and entertained with the provided wireless internet, ideal for streaming your favorite shows or keeping in touch with loved ones. The condo’s charming and well-appointed living space is designed for relaxation and socializing, making it a wonderful setting for creating lasting memories.

Summerchase offers a wealth of amenities to enhance your vacation experience. Take a refreshing dip in the indoor heated pool or unwind in the hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Stay active in the fitness center, or lounge poolside in the gazebo while the kids splash around in the kiddie pool. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  This property had everything my wife and I look for as repeat visitors to OBA. To start, the unit was ready at check in time provided. It also helped to bypass the lobby and go direct. Instructions were clear and concise.
  
  As for the inside, plenty of space for a two-bedroom unit with comfortable bedding and pleasant master bath amenities for a unit priced as reasonably as this property. The Roman shower was a pleasant touch BTW. Our sleep was comfortable each night.
  
  Kitchen and living area fulfilled our needs. We are in with exception to visiting the Flora-Bama Lounge one night. The beach view and alone time recharged our batteries. I couldn’t decide if I wanted to go back home and instead purchase a property here.
  
  The only small items I want to address are the master TV. We are old school and had trouble determining whether live TV had actual local TV. Also, please provide small items such as actual soap (shower gel was weak) and some salt and pepper in the kitchen. This did not detract in any way from our stay. Just wanted to point out since I plan on returning hopefully to this unit around this time next year.
  
  Overall, my favorite stay out of ten total stays in OBA over the past several years including some of your better known and luxurious condos. Plan on having me back. I love walking to Publix for small amenities. The location is second to none and the beach area isn’t crowded like other condo buildings. Couldn’t recommend this place any higher.

  The apartment was very clean and just as it shows on pictures . The view was beautiful, the beach was great and my wife and I and friends that visit over the weekend were very pleased with the apartment.

  I brought my mom and her sister (80+) and my cousin to enjoy the ocean. Since our travelers could not walk a lot, they simply hung out on the balcony most of the time, while my cousin and I went down to the beach. We had a blast!! A couple of suggestions....leave instructions on how to work the TV, etc., and leave info on things like beach wheelchair rentals, etc. We cooked in the room, and had most everything we needed!! Great place to stay!!!
