CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

MONTHLY RENTALS

  The condo was very clean, kitchen had all needed dishes. Publix is across the street, very convenient. If I was the owner, I’d want to know that the mattress in the main bedroom is on its last leg.

  Living area couch and chairs were aged. Springs almost gone. No soap available at sinks. When reported they responded that they didn't have any. Had to buy. Light bulbs shot, so dark in living area. When reported, the response was that they would add to list for next repair visit. Floors needed a good mopping.
  When I walked around in socks, they became black with dirt.
  Would be great to have assistance bars in shower area. My wife is disabled. Location and view from balcony were good.

  We have booked with liquid life vacation rentals several times. Each time we’ve had no issues with their rentals, however we were not as satisfied this stay especially for the price we paid and compared to some of their other rentals. The master bed frame was broke and disassembled on arrival. After calling, maintenance came and put a few screws in it, we still had to shove pillows behind the headboard to keep from wobbling. The living room couches were very stained and nasty looking. Trash was left under the TV stands, and nightstands. The security at this location was VERY rude on multiple encounters. My parents car needed jumped one one occasion and he very rudely told us that he didn’t have jumper cables and walked away. The lady at the front desk actually spoke up to let us know they did in fact have jumper cables.

  We stayed 4 nights in Summerchase 404. The condo was super clean, tastefully decorated, and had everything in it that we needed for our stay. We spent our mornings on the balcony watching the dolphins, boaters, and shore fisherman. We rented beach chairs with umbrella right out in front of the condo everyday. The king bed was fairly comfortable. The large master shower was amazing. The living room furniture was quite worn, so we sat at the bar and dining table when inside. We enjoyed local restaurants and music, including a fantastic night out at the Florabama! We drove into Gulf shores and went to the pier where there were we sighted sting rays, dolphin, and even sharks! We had an amazing time! Already looking to book this unit again in the fall..

  We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Chase unit 404. The condo was clean and nicely appointed. The view of the Gulf was breathtaking.
  The amenities were very nice with the exception of the steam bath which was not working. The property was well maintained. Have already booked this unit for a return stay in December.

  Beautiful condo! I like that this property is smaller, this keeps down wait time for the elevator. There is also currently nothing on either side of this property which makes space on the beach plentiful. The only downside is having to walk out the front of the condo and around the side to access the beach and pool (confusing at first). There was a small issue with one of the shower heads leaking but after sending an email, the maintenance man was there to repair within 30 minutes. Would highly recommend this condo.
