CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Good News - Everything about the unit was a 5 star experience. Bad News - Unit had been vacant for 3 days prior to our arrival. Anticipated an early check in and arrived at 1pm. With no check in call, we went and ate lunch. At 3pm we called and were told (in a not very nice way) they did not know when we would be able to check in. Knocked on unit door and determined that nobody was cleaning unit. Continued to monitor door to see if anyone would arrive to clean unit. At 4pm a Liquid Life employee (had a company T shirt on) arrived and we asked if she was here to clean our unit. She said no, but would call management to see when our unit would be cleaned. 10 minutes after she walked away, we got our check in call. Obviously, unit had been ready for a long time prior to our arrival that day. This is the second time in 3 years Liquid Life has failed on check in.

  We travel a lot. I thought it would be nice, but it was way better then i expected! I don't have 1 complaint. I could nitpick and find something, but why when i thoroughly enjoyed every second there. It was better then everyone else's condo too. (just saying lol) The best sign of approval I can say is....   Kitchen is very well stocked for ANYTHING that you want to cook!! We cooked every night and didn’t go out to any restaurant!

  Had a great, relaxing, long weekend. Condo is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked, better than any we've ever stayed in, and they have thought of everything. All of the appliances, dishes, cookware, etc... seem to be brand new. And the view is amazing! If I had a negative, it would be that the switches for some of the lights are in odd places. We had a little trouble with the tv's connecting to the internet, but that was solved with a quick email and a ping to the router. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would rent this unit again.

  Horrible!!!! We booked this property one month of our stay. There was no option to obtain travel insurance. The weekend before we were to travel hurricane Sally made an appearance. We called Liquid Life to just reschedule our trip one month due to the hurricane. They said no!!! Tried getting a refund. They said no!!! So we went after talking to locals and with them saying that it was going west. I know you can not predict weather movements and I don't blame anyone for that. So instead of losing our money we went. Liquid Life gave us multiple numbers too call in case of an emergency. Before the hurricane hit we tried many times to call those emergency numbers to see if shelters were available. No answer!!! Hurricane hit. Lost power, water and we could not evacuate due to flooding. Called many more times. No answer!! Our vehicle was totaled after the fact of the hurricane. We lost money due to the hurricane. A refund was our last option this is why we asked to just reschedule. So with all the NO's!!! We had no options other than just lose our money. Weather prediction. I get it. No one can do that. But I do hold them accountable for leaving their guest lost and with out contact from them. The condo we stayed in was very nice and up to date with amenities. It's just sad that we never got too use them due to being locked down. Sorry for this owner that has but their trust in this company with this property. So with all this said, if you see Liquid Life as a management company for a property you may rent. Don't do it with them. They do not care about you. They want money. They had our money and all we wanted was to wait one more month. NOPE!!! So too Liquid Life....you SUCK!!!
