CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  From the booking process to check out - it was a wonderful experience. This unit was VERY clean and comfortable! Past reviews talk a lot about the dirty floors - either the floors have been recently replaced or they have had a good scrub!
  This is our second time at Summerchase and appreciate all the updates and renovations that are in progress. We had three teenagers with us and they had plenty of space and used all amenities the condo offers.
  
  We tend to bring extra paper goods (paper towels, TP, plates, etc.) and soap - because of kids - but I am sure if we asked the leasing company for extra they would have provided - just be prepared to either bring extra or allow time to ask for it.
  
  The condo offers a Keurig AND a drip coffee pot - the picture that is included only showed the Keurig so we purchased the pods and was grateful to have both options.
  
  There is a beach rental for chairs and an umbrella for a small fee for the day. Highly recommend and the attendant will come and move umbrella anytime you ask.
  
  Appreciate Summerchase employees onsite and their willingness to help.

  Booking was super easy. Great view of beach. Clean condo. Easy access to beach for running back and forth to room. Great location to shops, restaurants and Wal-Mart. Great beds. Only complaint was not enough towels and no kitchen towels. We had to wash everyday for the six of us to have a towel. Luckily my sister brought her own. The beach chair service is totally worth the money! The noise in the condo above we could hear each time a char moved, bur I had earplugs for sleeping. We would stay again!
