    Everything about 704B was Great , the view was fantastic , easy access , rooms were great !!! 1. Complaint : if your going to rent a place that sleeps 8 there should @ least be 2 parking passes included !!!

    We stayed 7 nights in Summer House 704B. The unit was just as described! Great Bathrooms and excellent showers. TV in every room was a touch. Wonderful Ocean Front balcony with new patio furniture. Steps to the beach and pool was great too! Clean and comfortable. Overall outstanding and would stay here again. Some suggestions. If you like to cook the pots and pans need an upgrade, could use a electric gridle too. The waffle maker handle was broken. We had a water leak in the master bath coming from the ceiling around a light fixture. Maintenance came right up. The leak stopped, not sure what the resolve was. Instructions on how to use the TV remotes would be helpful. We had immediate help getting the correct password for wifi. Again, we love this unit and would stay here again.
