Welcome to Summer House 504B, your beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo in Orange Beach, offering the perfect home away from home for your well-deserved vacation!

Situated on the 5th floor of Building B, this condo provides stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and offers access to a large private balcony from both the living room and Primary bedroom, where you can relax to the soothing sound of waves crashing against the shore.

The Primary suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a comfortable King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath for added convenience and privacy. The second bedroom boasts a Queen bed, while the third bedroom offers two Full beds, providing ample sleeping space for your guests. Each guest room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and DVD player for entertainment.

In the living room, you'll find a cozy sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests or children. Stay connected with free wireless internet throughout the condo, and enjoy preparing meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. A full-sized washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We have been using Liquid Life for 2 years. Will never use them again. Our room was ready over 30 minutes late both years. This year they said there was an inspector in the room checking it out. We were standing outside the door waiting. There was no inspector inside. We waited about 20 minutes and called again and they hey its now ready. Wow what a coincidence. Also while we were there very loud construction began right next door each week day we were there. Their response was very unsympathetic and the basic response was it's not our problem. The room was dirty with sand on the floor. There were NO rugs to wipe your feet which only made the problem worse. The living room furniture was not in good shape.

  Very Comfortable and Clean Condo. Everything that we needed and a beautiful view of the Gulf. The outdoor space is so spacious and well furnished as well. Would definitely rent again.

  This was a great unit. Had a recliner which is a necessity for us but everything else was perfect. Anything you could need in kitchen was available; washer and dryer were in excellent condition and much appreciated. Only suggestion I could make would be to please add handicap bars to allow access in and out of tub in master suite easier. We really needed a walk-in shower but this was such a great unit we made do.
  Only thing that really needs attention is the cubie hole in wall in tub area there are some sharp edges from a less than perfect tile job. Would be nice if the proper bull nose smooth finish was done. Would stay here again!!

  THE INTERIOR OF THE CONDO WAS NICE, WE DID FIND THE EXTERIOR DINGY. WE REALIZE IT HAD SUSTAINED HURRICANE DAMAGE BUT DISPITE THAT THE COMPLES EXTERIOR NEEDS UPDATING.

  Everything was beautiful, but the shower in the bathroom was not good the condo above us has a leak that came into the our tub. The maintenance department move very quickly to try to get this resolve. Unfortunately they couldn't do the work while we were in the room. Other than that it was lovely. Would have rated it 5 stars all the way through.

  The condo was beautiful. We knew coning for our stay that we were expecting a tropical storm, said storm then turned into a cat 2 hurricane being as we reside in the mtns of Tennessee we were in fear for our safety and the safety of our children. We first had to wait about an hour after check in to finally be allowed to enter condo due to "maintenance issues" these issues were missing linens on one of the beds(which we never recieved) we would have much rather been in the safety of the condo seeing as Sally was vastly approaching, after checking in we quickly went for food and then attempted to go to the store which was alrwady closed due to the storm coming in. We then got back to the condo and had noticed everything had been battened down and we're told by maintenance that we would.more than likely lose power, no food, no power, and a diabetic child we decided to bring in the patio furniture and head back home. I tried for several days and in multiple multiple occasions to get in contact with this management staff. We did not stay the night and the most we used for the short time we.were there was the toilets. I recieved a huge deduction in our stay and the supervisor I.spoke too basically told me I was lucky to recieve a refund at all. We later found out the building we stayed in recieved some pretty bad damage. We are happy with our decesion to leave, we visit orange beach 4 times a year and I can say I will never rent through this company again. I am myself a vacation rental owner, house keeper and cohost for 36 units in my home town and I could never imagine handling such a severe situation as poorly as they did. I feel for the owners of this condo and would recommend dining another company to run my place.
