COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Silver Beach is a quaint low-density building located in the heart of Orange Beach. With just 47 Gulf-front units, Silver Beach offers an exclusive and intimate beachside experience. The location is ideal: within walking distance to a plethora of area attractions, you can easily immerse yourself in the local culture and entertainment. The outdoor pool is the jewel in the crown of Silver Beach, providing a refreshing escape under the warm Alabama sun. The adjacent BBQ area invites you to enjoy alfresco dining, whether it's a family cookout or a casual meal with friends.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Your property comes with two free parking passes for your stay. You can find these passes located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Our 202 Silver Beach rental was in a great location. However I’d like to suggest some possible improvements for consideration:
  1. More towels- no wants to reuse a wash rag or hand towel as many times as we were required to due to the lack of linens in the kitchen and bathrooms... no one wants to do laundry while on vacation!
  2. Fix the small things - ceiling fan in master squeaks and cannot be used, rust on the shower rod, properly size the furniture for the room (the living room was way to overcrowded with tables),invest in a dehumidifier to help the a/c not feel so wet, and get patio furniture that can be easily maneuvered for beach watching and table sitting/eating (those yellow chairs were a beast and needed a good scrub)
  3. If maintenance is scheduled to come, have them send a text the day prior as a courtesy. Also check in time was supposed to be 3pm... we didn’t receive the all clear until after 5pm - that was a set back day one upon our arrival.
  4. The toilet paper - really one roll? no back up roll to be found. It was also like sandpaper.
  5. If I were provided with a list of towels and supplies offered as complementary I could have planned much better... thank goodness Walmart was just a brisk walk across the street! Providing the number for the umbrella and beach chairs would have also been helpful. As morning beach goers we waited for chairs and coverings far too long, but if we could have set that up prior that would have been more enjoyable.
  
  The city of Orange Beach was great, the food and location was great... would we be back to silver beach condos not sure, but we will for sure be back for another visit to Orange Beach!

  Liquid Life is the easiest rental company I have ever dealt with (and there have been many)! Easy check in/check out. Condo was cleaned & ready hours before scheduled check in time & they texted me that it was ready, along with keypad code. The condo, Silver Beach 202, was PERFECT...clean, nucely decorated, very short walkway and we stepped onto the beautiful white sand of the beach. Have stayed in hundreds of condos along the Alabama coast and this little jewel is now my favorite. Highly recommend Liquid Life & also Silver Beach 202.
