The Primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a plush King-sized bed, balcony access, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The Primary bath boasts a large tiled walk-in shower, providing a luxurious experience after a day of sun and sand.

The guest room is equally inviting, offering both a Queen and Full-sized bed to ensure a comfortable night's sleep for all guests. This room also features a flat-screen TV, perfect for cozy movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows.

The spacious living area is the heart of the condo, with floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase panoramic views of the Gulf and the surrounding sand dunes. Sink into the plush sofa sleeper and unwind as you take in the scenery or gather with loved ones for lively conversations and laughter.

Shipwatch is a serene low-density Gulf-front complex nestled in picturesque Perdido Key, Florida. Guests can enjoy not one, but two outdoor pools. One pool faces the stunning Gulf of Mexico, offering a spectacular beachfront experience, while the other is situated on Ole River, providing a tranquil waterside ambiance. Both pools come with clubhouses for added convenience and leisure. Relax in the soothing hot tub or engage in some friendly competition on our tennis courts. For wellness enthusiasts, our sauna and fitness room offer the perfect facilities to maintain your health and fitness regime, even on vacation. Boating enthusiasts will appreciate the boat launch and the first-come, first-serve boat docks, making Shipwatch an ideal choice for those who want to explore the waters. The marina adds to the charm of Shipwatch, offering a picturesque setting and additional water activities. Whether you're looking to relax by the pool, enjoy a tennis match, or set sail from the marina, Shipwatch provides a diverse range of amenities to suit all tastes.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We had a great stay! The condo was very nice and in a great location. It was very quiet and we didn’t see many people. It was close to shopping and many restaurants. The condo was very clean and the kitchen well stocked with dishes and small appliances. We enjoyed eating some meals out on the balcony. We appreciated having USB chargers for all of our devices too. We will definitely stay at the Shipwatch again, specially 202A.

  We were throughly impressed with this place, the view from the balcony right onto the balcony was just spectacular. The beaches were not overly crowded and everything about the property was very family friendly.

  We couldn't do another school break at home ... again. We needed a change of scenery, but wanted to be covid-safe and not around crowds of people. We had a lovely stay in this unit. It was clean and comfortable for our family of five. Shipwatch is quiet, and the area is not too busy.
  We only had one issue during our stay, and it was that we could not open the the unit's outdoor closet for beach gear. This is a great feature to have, but one I didn't know about when booking, so I didn't feel we missed much. We just kept our beach gear in our vehicle and grabbed it on our way down to the beach each day.
  We really enjoyed outdoor dinners at Pedros and Cobalt, both an easy drive.
  We all hope to stay here again!
