The Primary suite is a true sanctuary, featuring a comfortable King bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony. Indulge in relaxation in the ensuite bathroom, which boasts a luxurious jacuzzi tub and a separate walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and an attached bath, providing comfort and convenience for guests. Bedroom 3 also features a Queen-sized bed, HDMI flat-screen TV, and access to the hall bath, ensuring that everyone has their own space to unwind.

In the spacious living room, you'll find a sofa sleeper for additional sleeping accommodations, as well as a flat-screen TV for entertainment. Floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the Gulf, creating a serene atmosphere for relaxation.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the cookware and utensils you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy dining with a view at the breakfast bar or gather around the dining table for family meals.

Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The property needs attention. There were holes in the walls and it needs a new paint job all over. Dishwasher was old and garbage disposal switch looked like a shock hazard. The tv remote in the living room was missing so we had a difficult time trying to watch tv with roku. Batteries in remote in mb were missing. The patio furniture was outdated. Needs replacing. Other than that, we had a great time. The sunsets and weather were awesome. There are great restaurants in the area. We would not recommend this property until it is updated. Would probably pick another property next time. Also, needs more elevators. The furniture was old and stained. I would say the whole place needs a remodel.

  When we arrived at the condo it wasn’t obvious at first but we quickly realized it hadn’t been cleaned very well if at all. First thing we noticed was cracker crumbs on the carpet and water marks on the coffee table. I called Liquid Life and a young couple came to clean the condo. They did a really good job and we expressed our appreciation. Before they arrived and after walking around barefoot on the tile for just a few minutes we
  noticed our feet were black, telling me the condo hadn’t been cleaned in quite a while. Once the cleaning was complete the condo was better but still in desperate need of a deep carpet and upholstery cleaning. This was our second stay in a row in Seawind PH7 but I don’t think we’ll be back. Too expensive to be dealing with that aggravation!

  Clean and comfortable for the most part. Beautiful views. The beds (mattresses) not very comfortable, probably need replacing. Overall, love this place. Will definitely book this again. A couple down sides are the pool, there is specific signage that states no children under age of 14 in the hot tub, however, there were many guests that were allowing their young children in the hot tub and we were unable to enjoy it because of this. Also the bottom of the pool and hot tub were very rough and hurt to walk on.

  Me and my family usually stay in Orange Beach but I decided on a condo in Gulf Shores this time. The condo was nice and very spacious. It accommodated me and my family well. Although, the condo was well maintained, I do feel that we would prefer to be closer to Orange Beach. The Sea and Suds restaurant was convenient for eating. However, we were unable to enjoy the beach because of the weather. That was beyond anyone's control. We can't control Mother Nature.
