Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Overall we loved the Seawind property and would definitely stay again. The room was clean and well furnished. The splash pad pool was great for the kids. Location was great with several restaurants with in walking distance. Only complaints are elevators could get crowded at certain times; a condo this large probably needs more than 2 elevators. Another complaint is the small bedroom with bunk bed did not have an air vent and was very warm. We had to purchase a box fan for this room for our kids and would have to leave the door open to keep the room cool.

  The condo was decorated with the feel you want when you go to the beach- we couldn’t connect to the internet bc a letter was left off on information- one call and we were connected- had a light going out in kitchen one text and they were there in less then 10 minutes to fix- now the elevators were a totally different subject- it was Awful- but on the other hand we were on floor 6 and got our work-out in during this family vacation- the fitness center is top notch! The third bedroom is super small but durable. I would stay here again, but I would bring towels and wash rags - not enough in condo.

  Stayed for 1 full week. Great experience. Short walk to all yhe action. Only downfall was the construction going on and one of the elevators was in and out of service. Bring tp, 30 gallon trash sacks, hand soap, paper towels,and dishwashing tablets.

  The Condo was really nice, sounds overall were a minimum, loved the view and the extra amenities of pool and exercise room. The only issue was the elevator would get backed up and 1 side broke down but they had it fixed relatively quickly
