Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We had a wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room for our family and 2 friends. (Total of 6). Perfect views!! Management was wonderful. The fridge went out and they had it fixed same day. Only complaint I have is the pool was drained 4 days into our stay we weren’t able to use the remainder of our stay and the couch was not very comfortable. Definitely need to invest in a new one. Also, we went to dinner one night and came back to find no parking. We had to park across the street and there is only 2 elevators so wait time was a bit long. Other than that, great!

  Seawinds 502 was clean and fairly well stocked. It was comfortable, had the basic amenities in good working order. TV service was good, the appliances worked (but were aging), and the mattresses were decent. The vacuum cleaner was awesome, and the bedroom floors were easy to keep clean of sand (the tile not so much). Seawinds condo property has a kid pool area/splash pad, and is in a good location. There were ample parking spaces, and beach access was easy.
  
  Now for the not-so-good:
  
  Seawinds 502 had its fair share of issues. The master bathroom was missing the locking mechanism from the door handle. Our air conditioner started blowing heat in the middle of the night, and it wasn't repaired until the next afternoon. The room quickly got warm and humid even in mild April temperatures. The garbage disposal was missing the rubber piece that keeps everything from falling down inside it, so everything fell down inside it. There were also scrap electrical wires, plastic, and other things inside it, so we could never use it. The walls were in need of a paint job. The couch was probably the most uncomfortable piece of furniture on the planet, long overdue for replacement. The deck furniture is nice, but it's only one bar table with four bar chairs, no other seating. The bunk beds were rickety. The Seawinds property has quite a few issues, too. Only one elevator worked most of the time, and a person was sitting in it working "security" who wasn't friendly and only played games on her cell phone the entire time while being rude to guests who were trying to hold the door open for other guests. The glass area outside the elevator was hot and humid on the first floor (nice and cool on floor 2). The hoses to spray sand off feet, while plentiful, only worked one at a time because of poor water pressure. The hot tub was lukewarm. Many others can't list

  The condo was exactly what we needed and very clean and had all updated appliances and close to all of our favorite places in Gulfshores! The only negative take away was the renovations being done outside but honestly it was just a minor inconvenience and did not ruin our trip! 10/10 would book this condo again!

  We loved our condo! Very comfortable for our family. It was very clean and decorated nice. The best thing about this condo is that is very family oriented. The only thing that was a little frustrating was the elevators were kinda messing up and they were painting the outside of the building which caused some parking issues, but the property tried to accommodate everyone. I’d definitely stay there again. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach or walk to a place for lunch or across the street for a few groceries. Easy to check in and easy to check out.
