The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, while a bunk room with Twin bunks provides additional sleeping space for guests of all ages. In the living room, a sofa sleeper offers extra accommodations, along with a large flat-screen TV and balcony access where you can soak in mesmerizing Gulf views.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  It was a very nice condo in a great location. The kiddy pool was so nice for our three year old daughter. The condo was located in a prime location and in walking distance to several different restaurants and stores. We would love to stay at Seawind again. We were very happy that our condo was also ready to get into way before check in time. That is always nice.

  We had a great stay! Everything was clean and exactly as described in the listing. I loved that the town didn’t nearly seem to be as busy as other beach towns that I’ve visited. Also, this building is relatively small compared to other places, so it didn’t feel as if the beach was very crowded. The only negative thing about our trip was that this building has tight parking spaces, which is at no fault of Liquid Life. It just makes parking a little more challenging. It did not put a damper on our stay in any way! Thanks, Liquid Life, for a comfortable place to stay for our trip!
