The second bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for rest and relaxation. Meanwhile, the bunk room features a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed with a Smart TV, perfect for accommodating additional guests or children.

The living room is the heart of the condo, featuring a Smart TV, ideal for movie nights or catching up on your favorite shows. With balcony access from the living area, you can step outside and enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf any time of day.

Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Great location and very nice and clean condo. Great location that has a lot to offer. Only issue was broken washing machine. We had a lot of people and generated lots of laundry during stay. Was not able to use and maintenance couldn’t repair. We ended up asking to use another rooms washing machine. This was our solution that we came up with as property offered no alternative and could not repair washer. Luckily, there was an open condo on the floor we were able to use. Other than that situation, everything was great! Would still recommend to family and friends.

  At the beginning we was looking for a place to stay each every year and was hoping this was it but I was wrong. We payed 2,400 for what? The shower holds water, the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain, the sliding door to the outside will break your shoulder, the elevators was absolutely awful
  Oh! My husband had to wait for 30 minutes to an hour each day to come down with our wagon, the pool had glass in & around it! The hoses had holes on them to wash you off! & all they had to say was we will let them know? Like this has been mentioned a whole year now because I looked back at reviews! FIX the issues people!

  Overall our stay was pretty good. Pro’s: the condo itself was very nice. The beds were comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and it was very relaxing having your morning coffee watching for dolphins! Tv/internet all worked fine. The kitchen had every utensil/pot/pan and dish we needed. It even had a griddle and a pack n play stored in a closet which came in handy. The Cons: the dreaded elevators. They took forever to get to your and there was almost always a line. The afternoon had elevator monitors sitting in it in camping chairs taking up a large amount of space which was annoying when everyone was lined up coming in from the beach...but they were there to control traffic so I get it. The floors of the condo were not clean. Shortly after being there and unpacking my daughters hands and knees were black from crawling around on the tile. The trash can in the kitchen desperately needs replacing. There was no liner or anything to hold the bags in place. It was just a hollow can that you could see the tile floor when looking through. We ended up just putting a trash bag on a knob in the kitchen and it worked out better. The washing machine left our clothes dingy. 2 bathing suits and a pair of my daughters pajamas were left ruined unfortunately. The guest bathtub was very slow to drain. Also our first night we noticed the refrigerator not cooling so I got in touch with liquid life and got a quick response! They sent out maintenance, it did take them until around 10pm to get there but that’s understandable. The problem was solved and had no more issues during our stay. Like I said, overall thr stay was great. Just a few housekeeping issues that could easily be tended to and I would consider staying again. I did hear talk of a 3rd elevator going in within the year so if that’s true that would also solve that problem. Thank you for the memories!

  Our unit was very nice and updated which made for a very comfortable stay.
  
  The only thing we hated was the elevator situation. Our first morning attempting to get to the beach, it took us 45 min to get from our room to the ocean. And all the other times there was a major delay due to the elevators.

  We had a good stay. No major complaints! The location right on the beach is great. We LOVED the kiddie pool and spent a lot of time there.
  My biggest complaint would have to be the elevator situation. There are only 2 for the entire complex and it’s horrendous trying to get an elevator, especially during peak hours. Trying to get an angry toddler upstairs when you could easily wait 20min for an elevator is ridiculous and unpleasant for EVERYONE.
  Also the condo needs a new trash can badly.
