Seawind is a welcoming beachfront complex, offering a range of excellent amenities for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. Guests can indulge in the unique indoor/outdoor swim-through pool, unwind in the hot tub, or have fun with the family in the zero-entry kiddie pool and splash pad. The complex also features a well-equipped fitness center for those who wish to stay active. For outdoor dining and socializing, there's a convenient grilling area.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

Most of the time an attendant was in elevators and there were no breakdowns or delays. View of beach from balcony was lovely. Nice to be close to everything. Condo nicely decorated. Beds comfortable.   Unit is well furnished and the management company is the easiest to work with in my experience. I would stay again simply because the management was great to work with and the unit was nice. The negative is the 20 story building only has two elevators. It would be better served by more elevators. The elevators would get backed up and require a wait but usually could catch one within 5-10 minutes during first week of August.

  The condo is great. It was very clean and updated, and in a perfect location. Getting to and from the beach is a breeze. You are also in walking distance to a lot of places to eat or shop so that is nice as well. There was some issues on our arrival in getting the proper code to open the door. This was fixed pretty fast because of good communication with the maintenance crew. The only issue is the building itself. The elevator situation is really bad. I know this is not the owner's fault. But waiting for ten plus minutes sometimes for an elevator during peak hours just isn't acceptable. Many times my family actually opted to take the stairs, both up and down, 10 FLOORS. It was simply faster to use the stairs. If that issue could be fixed by the building management there would be zero complaints. The check out process is simple and fast. I would easily stay spite of 10 flights of stairs...
