Perched on the 7th floor in Building 4, this delightful Orange Beach condo offers guests a private wrap-around balcony accessible from both the living area and the Primary bedroom. This outdoor space is ideal for enjoying the breathtaking Gulf views, capturing sunsets, or simply relishing in the peaceful ambiance.

The Primary suite is a serene retreat, featuring a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV for your leisure, private bath, and direct balcony access to embrace the fresh Gulf breeze. The second bedroom is comfortably furnished with a Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

Designed to accommodate up to 6 guests, the condo includes a convenient sofa sleeper in the living room, ensuring ample space for everyone. The living room is a welcoming area for relaxation and entertainment, boasting a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a BluRay/DVD player for movie nights or quiet evenings in.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We had the best time during our stay! We were able to eat at local restaurants, do a dolphin tour, play at the arcades, and parasail! All in the area.   Let me start by saying that I do not like big complexes. For me it’s about how easy everything is to get to as opposed to anything else. This complex is easy. Short boardwalk to beach and easy access to pools make this a great place to stay for me.
  
  The unit itself is great. Some of the furnishings are starting to show wear in the living area but they still are comfortable and kept clean. Decor is nice and beachy with lots of sea glass hues and soft greys. The complex while great by way of accessibility could use some upkeep. Elevator closest to our unit did not work. No lights in hallways . The pool areas are an exception, newer furniture and kept clean and pristine.

  This was the second time we stayed at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. Once again the condo was perfect and the location was superb. The pools were clean and kept up. The only negative was that one of the elevators kept breaking down. They finally fixed it but I was a bit scared to use it incase it broke down while I was on it. There were other elevators to use but this one was more convenient for my husband since he has difficulty walking. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked the same condo again for next year!

  Overall it was lovely. The booking agent I spoke to on the phone was super kind and helpful. The location was ideal and the amenities were great. In respect to the room, it was spotless and the decor was very cute. The balcony was huge! There weren’t any hangers in the room and I called Liquid Life and they brought some in a very reasonable amount of time
  
  There were only a few cons. The elevator to our building was broken and we had to walk a relatively far way with luggage when we arrived which normally would just be annoying but it was POURING down rain and very uncomfortable. A little heads up would’ve been nice. Also I wasn’t told we were only given two rolls of toilet paper for a four day stay with 5 people. Again, not a huge deal but would’ve been nice to know.
  
  Overall a wonderful stay and I would go back again!

  My husband and I stayed at Orange Beach at Seaside Beach and Racquet Club. We booked it with Liquid Life Rentals and they were so easy to work with and they answered all my questions. The condo was clean and newly renovated which made made our stay even better. We did notice a few things that were damaged in the condo so I reported them so that I wouldn't get billed for them. My husband has MS and has trouble walking so he has to have a cane and we were worried about the distance to the pool. So we bought a wheel chair for him to help him get around. Well we never needed to use the wheel chair because the condo is conveniently located close to the pool and there is an elevator for him to access which made it so easy for him to get around. I was worried about the location of the Liquid Life office because we had to pick up the parking passes there but their office is right across the street down a ways so it was easy to find. In fact before we left we booked another week to stay in that same condo for April of 2022. We were so pleased with this condo and we will definitely be coming back each year.

  The condo was breath taking. The furnishing were high end and yet felt like a home where I felt comfortable letting the kids play. We stayed at Sea Side with family members who all had their own condos, but everyone was always at ours because it was so nice. Sea Side its self could use a little tinder loving care as its starting to show its age a little, but the condo its self is heads and shoulders above the competition. Highly highly recommend.
