As you step inside, you'll be greeted by an open and beautifully renovated living space, designed with your relaxation in mind. Sink into the plush furnishings in the living room, where you can unwind while enjoying panoramic views of the ocean through the floor-to-ceiling windows. Watch your favorite shows or movies on the 60-inch Smart TV, or step out onto the balcony to feel the refreshing breeze.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay. Start your day with a cup of coffee brewed in the Keurig coffee maker, or opt for the regular coffee maker for your morning brew. The adjacent dining area offers ample seating for enjoying meals with your family and friends.

Retreat to the Primary suite, where you'll find a comfortable King bed, a 32-inch flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access. Pamper yourself in the ensuite bathroom, which boasts a whirlpool tub, a walk-in shower, and a spacious double vanity.

The second bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a 32-inch Smart TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a day of beach activities. The third bedroom is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering Twin beds and a 32-inch TV.

Seachase 1405W also includes the convenience of a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh throughout your stay. Additionally, the unit features a wet bar with an ice maker, perfect for whipping up refreshing drinks to enjoy on the balcony.

Plus, kids will love the splash pad, providing hours of fun and excitement.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  The condo was beautiful, perfect location. Very clean and liquid life was always available and made the process of paying over time a breeze. The only thing I would recommend is that more amenities be available in the condo itself. There was limited cookware and no soaps for kitchen and bathroom. Maybe a few more bath towels are needed as we were having to wash everyday to have towels to use for our shower. We had 5 stay, so there were at least 5 showers a day.

  We stayed 4 days and we're so well pleased with every aspect of our stay here! It was super clean, well maintained and stocked with all necessities available. It was beautifully decorated. Books galore available to read and games to play. The height might would be an issue as it is 14th floor, I would be nervous with younger children, especially toddler climbers. But we 4 adults enjoyed immensely. I'll keep this on file for future stays.

  We loved this condo! The view is breathtaking!
  Beautifully furnished with comfortable furniture and décor, clean, spacious, with a well stocked kitchen, and all appliances in great working order. The only thing that was different from the property photos was the table missing from the balcony. There were plenty of chairs, but we were disappointed that the balcony table was missing. We reported it and did not get a response about it. However, maintenance was quick to take care of our greatest needs - internet and a thermostat issue. Thank you Mr. Otis, well done!
  Really liked having Walmart grocery right across the street, very convenient. The guards at the entrance gate were so nice and very kind! We definitely would recommend this property to our family and friends.
