Step inside and be greeted by the spacious and elegantly furnished living area. Relax on the comfortable sofa sleeper and enjoy the open concept layout, perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Step out onto the private balcony and take in the panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. Enjoy dining on the balcony, or gather around the dining table for a memorable meal together.

Retreat to the Primary suite and unwind in the plush King bed, or pamper yourself in the private ensuite bathroom, complete with a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The Primary suite also boasts balcony access, allowing you to wake up to stunning Gulf views each morning.

The second bedroom offers another King bed and a flat-screen TV, providing a comfortable space for additional guests. The third bedroom features a cozy Queen bed and a flat-screen TV, ensuring that everyone has a peaceful night's sleep.

Seachase 1005C also includes a full-sized washer and dryer, allowing you to keep your beachwear fresh and clean throughout your stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

    The condo was just as advertised.
    Clean, had everything we needed to cook meals.
    The washer and dryer are quiet enough that the lack of doors doesn’t even matter.
    Liquid Life answered our only need (a plunger :) Immediately)!
    I loved this unit so much! I can’t wait to book for summer and next fall!

    We loved how much space the rental provided and the easy access to the beach. We especially loved the pool area. Some issues included the floors not being clean, the fridge had sand in it, the washer and dryer did not have a door.

    We have been coming to Seachase for 8 years and have stayed in different units.
    This unit needs updating.
    Folding doors missing by washer and dryer.
    folding doors in kitchen, closet in Primary bathroom would not close.
    You could feel springs in the chairs of tv area.
    Out door furniture was nice.

    The floors were not clean and some personal items found from previous renters. A small plastic ring was in sheets on bed in grandkids room.
