Designed with your convenience in mind, the condo boasts tile flooring throughout for easy beach living. A full-sized washer and dryer are available in the unit, ensuring all the comforts of home during your stay.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  It was amazing! The condo was perfect, on the beach! Balcony overlooking the beautiful ocean, plenty of space for 5 of us, and everything you could want available in the condo.   We have been going to the gulf shores area for about 15 years. This was by far the best location and the best unit we have ever rented. The place was clean and the location was amazing. Right at the end of the strip of condo's next to the state park. Great walking trails and nice that the beach was over crowded.

  Condo is small but view is amazing and balcony is quite adequate for a at least 6-8 people to eat comfortably. This condo building is at the end of the row of condos so that makes the beach less crowded which is a plus. Only complaint is that both bathrooms have an incredibly loud exhaust fan that automatically turns on and you can't hear anything else outside of the bathroom once that is on. Not great if you're trying to talk with someone or keep an ear on your kids. Also, bunk beds are not full length so only kids are going to be able to use them.
