PARKING

  We love Gulf Shores, AL! This condo was lovely, clean and perfect for the two of us. Tastefully decorated, very comfortable, fabulous view! Excellent wifi, too!
  The only downside was the Junegrass, that kept us out of the water after the first two days. We'll have to come back at a different time of year, but we do want to come back!

  There were rats , huge wood roaches on our balcony, wasn’t able to check in until about 4:30pm , mildew in the vent in back bathroom, not very clean, I spent way to much to be dissatisfied, last year we stayed on the 7th floor & it was perfect! Also trouble with the east elevator! ( others also had trouble)

  This location is incredible. It’s away from the bustle of the rest of Gulf Shores, as far as you can get before heading to Orange Beach. The space is plenty for multiple people and was perfect for my wife and I.
  
  That being said, the bed in this unit is the WORST we’ve ever slept in. It was just uncomfortable and made it difficult to get rest - which is what you want during a vacation. The couch was more comfortable and laying directly on the sand was as well.
  
  This is the only knock I can give. Everything else was great and a spot I highly recommend.

  We enjoyed our 7 day stay at Royal Palms 1406. The condo was clean and adequately stocked. The space was perfect for our family of four. The condo had great access to the beach and the beach was not very crowded. The indoor and outdoor pools were closed for repairs but we were aware this was a possibility after reading other guest reviews. The mattress in the bedroom was not the most comfortable but it was manageable. We would stay here again if we return to Gulf Shores.
