The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, boasting a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and separate dressing area, offering the comfort and privacy you deserve.

Accommodating various preferences, the second bedroom is furnished with a comfortable King bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for friends or family, featuring two Full beds. Both guest rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs and share a well-appointed guest bathroom with a shower.

Throughout the condo, you'll find tile floors that add to the beachy feel of the space. The large, fully equipped kitchen, complete with granite countertops and a breakfast bar, is perfect for preparing meals and entertaining guests. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We really enjoyed this condo and coming back in december again!The wireless internet kept dropping and had a weak signal.The streaming to tv was excellent.The second bathroom sink did not have hot water but shower was ok.Ice maker in fridge did not work but ice machine was good.

  We had an absolute blast at the condo. It was very clean and we had room for all 3 families. The kitchen is supplied with everything you need from tuber-ware to pots. Also, I like to make coffee but my sister likes the pods and both coffee makers were at the condo which was huge for us :) We were short towels since we were a big group but contacted the owner and they brought us enough towels for everyone immediately. We’ve stayed at many places on vrbo over the last decade or so and hands down the best communication with the owner. The condo is also located on one of the prettiest landscaping properties. Everyone that works here was extremely friendly and nice. Since we were on a mom trip with our kids without the husbands, it was an extra bonus to feel safe and not overcrowded even though we went at one of the busiest times. The pools were very nice too, it was so nice having the option to get out the sun to the shaded pool or go to the other pool and get some sun. We all agreed that we will definitely add this condo to our list of favorites. Thanks again for letting us stay!

  Great Condo, very roomy two private wings with large kitchen and living/dining room and large balcony! We loved this unit and felt super safe there and the beach staff was incredible!   What a beautiful Condo! Only thing we didn't like was paying $50 for each Vehicle for parking fees! We have been staying at Romar House for years and have never paid for parking. Are stay was from Sep 19 to Sep 24. There were not many condos occupied at this time. Plenty of parking!

  The condo was exactly as described in the ad. It is very nicely furnished and decorated. The only negative thing about the furnishings was in the kitchen, particularly the silverware and pots and pans. There is a distinct need for bigger sauce pans (3-4 quart) and serving pieces in the silverware, like large spoons. Otherwise, it was great and the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in.
