The ensuite bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a separate dressing area for added convenience. The second guest room offers a cozy Queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids or extra guests, with a Twin-Over-Full bunk, a Trundle, and a Twin rollaway bed. Both guest rooms are equipped with a 39-inch HD flat-screen TV and share a guest bathroom fitted with a Jacuzzi tub.

Throughout the condo, tile flooring enhances the beachside ambiance, while the large, fully equipped kitchen, adorned with custom cabinets, GE stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, granite counters, and a breakfast bar, invites you to indulge in culinary delights. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Our condo was absolutely wonderful! It was exceptionally clean and we had plenty of room! The overall complex is very well kept - everything from the elevators, to the pool area, to the beach!   Our family stayed here in March of 2022. The condo and Liquid Life were great. The shower in the master bathroom was nice but hard to operate due to a design flaw. Try turning a hard circle when your hands are wet! Anyway, all the beds, furniture and kitchen amenities were great, especially the ice machine! The main pool is under repair and not available. The smaller pool is available and it's warm and clean. The grounds are well kept and every common area is nice. We'd stay there again!

  Romar 405A wss a very nice updated property. updated kitchen with nice cabinets and granite counters and island. separate icemaker and beverage cooler. living abd dining area is large with beautiful view. nice large balcony. bathrooms updated and nice large tiled master shower. liked that building was closer to beach than some, making shorter walk to beach. check in instructions via text made entry simple. would have liked few more towels. there was no handsoap for sinks. also wished there had been Keurig coffee maker. take filters for mr. coffee. I would definitely stay here again.
