Welcome to Regency Isle 911, a stunning 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo, perfectly crafted for a dreamy beach vacation. Located on the 9th floor, this Orange Beach condo rental boasts panoramic views of the powdery white sandy beaches and the glistening Gulf of Mexico, visible from the expansive private balcony and through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and Primary bedroom.

The Primary suite, a sanctuary of comfort, features a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access for serene mornings and evenings. Experience luxury in the newly renovated Primary bath, complete with dual vanities and a large custom walk-in shower with dual shower heads.

The second bedroom is designed for versatility and comfort, offering a Twin-Over-Full bunk bed, an additional single Twin bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath. The condo's fresh coat of paint, new lighting, and furniture throughout add a touch of elegance and modernity.

The living room is equipped with a new sofa sleeper, accommodating additional guests with ease. The heart of the condo, the fully-furnished kitchen, is a culinary dream featuring granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, Keurig, all-new stainless steel appliances, and a wet bar with a separate ice maker. A newly refreshed half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer enhance the convenience of your stay.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Regency Isle provides a range of amenities for a fulfilling and enjoyable beach vacation. The complex features an outdoor pool, perfect for both swimming and sunbathing. Guests can relax in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, offering a peaceful retreat. An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Our room and view were fantastic however nearly every day of our vacation the elevators either glitched and you would be stuck in it between floors or totally go down all together. I was on the 9th floor and my other parter 11th. This made getting to and from the beach with our baby a hassle. We were there 5 days.

  This is one of if not the best beach condo I've stayed at. The building is great. It's wider than it is tall, so it's easier to spread everyone out on the beach. It won't feel too crowded. The beach is very deep, so there's even more room to spread everyone out.
  I loved that the building has plenty of carts for luggage, a designated parking spot, and 3 elevators so you never have to wait too long.
  Unit 911 is updated and everything works as it should. There is plenty of everything you need in the kitchen to enjoy your stay. The kitchen and living space are roomy. The master bedroom is large and the master bathroom is amazing! The patio overlooking the beach is spacious as well. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
