Welcome to Regency Isle 608, a luxurious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo that epitomizes the essence of a dream vacation. Perched on the 6th floor in Orange Beach, this condo presents a mesmerizing view of the white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico, best enjoyed from its expansive 300 sq. ft. private balcony.

The balcony, accessible from both the living room and the Primary bedroom, is the perfect spot to soak in the scenic beauty and the soothing sound of waves.

The living area is a blend of comfort and style, featuring a plush Queen sofa-sleeper and a massive 59-inch flat-screen TV for your entertainment. The Primary suite is a sanctuary of relaxation, boasting a King-sized bed and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite Primary bath adds a touch of luxury with its dual vanities, a rejuvenating garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed to accommodate multiple guests, with a King bed, Twin bunk beds, a flat-screen TV, and a private bath, ensuring everyone's comfort and privacy.

Culinary enthusiasts will appreciate the fully furnished kitchen, complete with granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, and a Keurig coffee maker for your morning brew. The convenience is further enhanced by a wet bar with an ice maker, perfect for preparing your favorite drinks.

Additional amenities include a convenient half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer, making your stay as comfortable as possible.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Regency Isle provides a range of amenities for a fulfilling and enjoyable beach vacation. The complex features an outdoor pool, perfect for both swimming and sunbathing. Guests can relax in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, offering a peaceful retreat. An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  Everything was lovely except that the bathrooms were not very clean. The floors and baseboards were very dirty and dusty. That really reflects the poor job that the cleaning company has been doing rather than the beauty of this lovely place. We will definitely be back.

  This property was just as it is described in the online viewer. It was extremely clean and everything was in great shape. My only issue with my stay was that the pool was closed on Saturday 6/19/21 when all the other pools around were open.

  We loved the unit at Regency Isle! It had a beautiful view, truly enough sleeping/eating space for 8. It was well maintained and clean. I wish they’d told us about getting more toilet paper or trash bags. We didn’t think to ask. The staff was very nice when ever we had questions!

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab.
