The Primary suite is a haven of relaxation, featuring a plush King-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct balcony access for those quiet mornings watching the sunrise. The Primary bathroom is designed for ultimate comfort and privacy, equipped with dual vanities, a rejuvenating garden tub, and a separate walk-in shower.

For additional guests or family members, the second bedroom offers versatile sleeping arrangements with a set of Twin bunks and a cozy Queen-sized bed. This room is also fitted with a flat-screen TV and its own private bathroom, ensuring everyone has their personal space.

The condo boasts a fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite countertops, a large breakfast bar, and a wet bar, perfect for preparing delicious meals or enjoying a casual breakfast. The convenience of a half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer enhances your stay, making it as comfortable as it is enjoyable.

Regency Isle provides a range of amenities for a fulfilling and enjoyable beach vacation. The complex features an outdoor pool, perfect for both swimming and sunbathing. Guests can relax in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, offering a peaceful retreat. An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  This was our first stay at Regency Isle. Condo 507 was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Pros: spacious curved balcony, condo was steps away from the elevators, which were fast and smooth, covered parking for our vehicle, multiple rinsing/shower stations along the boardwalk, short walk to the beach, the beautiful manicured green space and pavilion with grills and picnic tables, and plenty of space around the outdoor pool. Cons: difficult to find adequate places to hang damp towels to dry, internet was sporadic, deck furniture was sturdy, but unwieldy and the Adirondack chairs were so uncomfortable they could not be used. The heater in the indoor pool and jacuzzi must have been broken. The pool was too cold to be usable and the jacuzzi was unpleasantly lukewarm.
  All in all, we were very impressed with the facilities and look forward to returning again...soon!

  Long weekend getaway for 2 couples. The condo was fabulous! The only "negative" that I would say is the mattress in the 2nd bedroom could use an upgrade. It was not comfortable and you roll to middle. Otherwise, this trip was amazing and the condo was exceptional.

  This unit was so comfortable! Right across from the elevators and the garbage chute which made it so convenient. Great view from the nice large balcony. Loved that the laundry room was away from the bedrooms so you could wash without being disturbed. Really loved the location and the setup of this condo, hope to return!

  Condo was extremely clean. Muchly appreciated. For the cost of renting the condo, I was disappointed to be charged for parking, not additional parking, but $56 approximately for parking. Have not come across that before renting a condo. I don’t agree with passing on HOA charges to the customer.
