Welcome to Regency Isle 309, a splendid 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath Gulf-front condo that epitomizes the essence of a dream vacation by the Gulf. This exceptional Orange Beach condo, perched on the 3rd floor, is a haven of relaxation with breathtaking views of the white sandy beaches and the Gulf of Mexico, visible from both the spacious private balcony and through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and Primary bedroom.

The Primary suite is designed for serenity and comfort, offering a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony for those serene moments gazing out over the ocean. The Primary bathroom enhances your experience with its dual vanities and a spacious walk-in tile shower. The second bedroom is equally welcoming, with 2 Queen beds, a flat-screen TV, and an attached bath, ensuring comfort for all guests.

The heart of the condo is its fully equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances and a large breakfast bar, perfect for enjoying meals together. The addition of a wet bar with a separate ice maker makes entertaining a breeze. A convenient half bath and a utility room with a full-sized washer and dryer add to the practicality of this beautiful space.

Regency Isle provides a range of amenities for a fulfilling and enjoyable beach vacation. The complex features an outdoor pool, perfect for both swimming and sunbathing. Guests can relax in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, offering a peaceful retreat. An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We stay at this unit often on our trips to the beach. Love this condo and complex! I will make one suggestion... would love to have mattresses upgraded. Very thin/hard and would Make all the difference in a good nights sleep. Suggest reading what to bring as there are no extra blankets and limited towels. In the past there had always been plenty. Another COVID consequence. Overall though we love this unit and would recommend. It would be perfect with upgraded mattresses!!

  I really like that the condo is very close to the beach and a short walk. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the balcony and the light did not work. Nighttime is my favorite time on the balcony. The 2nd bedroom bathroom shower did not work so you can only take baths. So that was disappointing bc all of us had to take showers in the master bathroom. Also their are usually extra blankets and pillows in condos I have rented in the past. This condo had the bare minimum of everything. I did like the 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom. Overall the condo was nice just needs a few things fixed.

  We had a good time with our stay. The carpet in the bedrooms really need to be cleaned. And the 2nd bedroom mattresses need to be replaced. The dryer was over heating w a bad air flow code. But other than those the rest of the condo was great.

  We loved our condo. We’ve stayed in this same specific condo twice now. And at Regency isle 4-5 times. It’s clean with an amazing balcony and we love the shower!
  Unfortunately the pool area had construction going on almost every day we were there. There was jackhammering and workers everywhere. My daughter is deaf in one ear and we cannot take any chances with hearing loss in the other so we couldn’t enjoy the pool. I feel like this is something that could have been done at any time of the year. Possibly in slower times. Also, the condo next to us was remodeling and we could not enjoy being outside because of the extremely loud noise. Not your typical “sound of the waves” This was very disappointing having paid 5,000 for our stay that we weren’t at least notified.

  The location was great! We loved the condo and the sofa and ice maker were the best! Check in was easy and the elevators were quick. Only had two issues...the two queen beds are broken. The entire bed frame (both beds) is not connected at the bottom of both so the mattresses almost cave in. Also the shower in the master bedroom leaks badly under the door. It floods the bathroom every time and the shower head needs to be fixed or replaced. Reservation was easy however there was no way to report any issues we had. We paid for a second park tag but never received it and I could never get in touch with anyone to get another one.

  This property has an excellent location and is directly in the beach. Property was clean and ready to go. The only negative I have is that the shower in the owner’s bath leaks as well as the tub in the second bedroom. The tension rod was cracked and very weak in the tub shower. There was also a burning smell in the second bathroom when a blow dryer was plugged in. Overall, those issues did not cause us to have a bad vacation experience.

  This place is quite a gem! We loved the view and closeness to the beach. It was equipped with everything we needed. But be sure to bring extra laundry soap, dishwasher soap and beach towels. The washer and dryer was used everyday. The sand toys, beach chairs and umbrellas were used everyday. The ice machine was definetly a bonus! When we weren't on the beach we were on the spacious deck or in the pools and hot tubs!

  We had a great stay at Regency Isle 309. We was able to check in two hours early. The unit was very clean with plenty of supplies and beach gear for adults and children. The balcony was a great plus one of the biggest we have ever experienced. The unit could use some minor updates but nothing major. The ice maker was a huge plus for filling coolers for the beach. The overall facilty was very clean. We will definitely be back!!

  We just spent a week here during Spring Break 2021. We would recommend this condo and building without hesitation and if we decide to visit Orange Beach again in the future, would rebook this unit. The building is slightly smaller than its neighbors which made it feel more accessible and less congested compared to the ones next door, which was important as we are all still wary of people being too close. We had plenty of space at the pool and along the beach area in particular. The condo itself is exactly as pictured - clean, bright, and comfy. We had plenty of room for our family of 5. Kitchen is well equipped with lots of cookware, tools, gadgets and lots of plates, glasses, etc. They also provided games and TONS of outdoor beach and pool stuff like chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys, and even a cart to haul everything. We brought WAY MORE than we needed too because I couldn't find this info before we got there so hopefully this helps others pack less!
  
  Without a doubt the highlight for us was the amazing HUGE balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach front. It was exactly what we needed and added an entire living space to the condo itself. Access to the beach and pool was super easy - right down the elevator to the ground floor and directly outside. The pool was large and clean with lots of chairs. The beach was gorgeous with fine white sand, chairs/umbrellas to rent if needed, and a volleyball net. Easy walk down the beach to the Flora-Bama restaurant/beach bar if you felt like entertainment.
  
  Only FYI and suggestion I'd make is NOT to bother contacting Liquid Life through VRBO messaging or even email - I tried several times to no response. But once I called directly they were helpful and pretty prompt with info. So just call if you have questions and hopefully this review helps you with the ones I couldn't get answered about what was inside the condo in terms of inventory. Great deal and wonderful stay for our family - good luck!

  We had a great stay at Regency Isle! The condo was perfect for our family of 5! All the beds were comfortable! Beautiful view of the beach, grass area and pool! The only thing I would recommend is having a spot mop as the tile floor felt dirty over time and we had to wear our shoes.

  Our vacation rental, which we booked through Vrbo, was a complete disappointment. It was dirty, unkept, outdated, uncomfortable, the condo lacked basic necessities such as bedding for the sofa bed. However, the only saving grace was the condo was managed by liquid life. A representative was in touch with me before and after we checked in and after one day and a long list of complaints, liquid life moved us to a much nicer property with no additional charge. I was impressed with the customer service. From now on, we will book directly through Liquid Life rather than Vrbo. Lesson learned.
