Welcome to Regency Isle 1202, an exquisite condo offering a luxurious 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front living experience. This is your perfect beach retreat for a relaxing vacation, accompanied by the soothing symphony of waves against the shore.

This unit in Orange Beach is a haven of comfort with panoramic Gulf views from its expansive private balcony, furnished with ample seating for you to soak in the breathtaking views.

Indulge in the lavishness of the Primary suite, boasting a King bed and flat-screen TV. The newly remodeled Primary bath is a sanctuary itself, featuring a large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, shower jets, and a dual vanity, offering a spa-like experience.

The second bedroom, equally elegant, comes with a King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and its own private bath. The third bedroom provides cozy accommodation with a Queen bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the hall bath.

The unit is adorned with high ceilings and tile floors throughout, lending an airy and spacious feel. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances enhance the kitchen’s appeal, making it a delight for culinary explorations. Unwind in the living area with a large flat-screen TV, a sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a wet bar complete with an ice maker.

Additional amenities include a full-sized washer and dryer and complimentary access to secure and private WiFi. Enhancing your beach experience, the owner graciously includes complimentary beach chair rentals (available March 1st to October 31st), ensuring your comfort as you bask in the sun.

Regency Isle provides a range of amenities for a fulfilling and enjoyable beach vacation. The complex features an outdoor pool, perfect for both swimming and sunbathing. Guests can relax in the outdoor and indoor hot tubs, offering a peaceful retreat. An indoor heated pool ensures comfortable swimming in any weather, while the grilling area is great for outdoor cooking and social gatherings. For wellness and relaxation, there's a sauna and steam room, creating a spa-like atmosphere for rejuvenation. The fitness center is available for guests who want to keep up with their exercise routine, and the activity room with a TV provides a casual space for leisure. The property includes a deeded boardwalk leading directly to the beach, equipped with outdoor faucets and a shower for convenience after beach activities. Complimentary WiFi throughout ensures guests can stay connected during their stay.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
One parking pass is included with your reservation. A second parking pass is available for purchase prior to arrival. Your parking pass(es) will be located inside your welcome packet on the kitchen counter upon your arrival.

  We stay at Regency Isle every year for family reunion. First time in unit 1202. Prefer end unit, but was happy in this unit also. Little less square footage. Like having the pantry. End units have zero pantry.Biggest plus to this unit was 2 reserved parking spaces and beach chair rental paid for the week. Really not sure why unit has 2 reserved parking spaces and we still had to pay extra for one space????

  This condo was perfect for our group of 2 families with 4 kids. A very short walk to the beach, 2 free beach chairs and an umbrella for our entire stay, and both an indoor and outdoor pool made all of our days easy and enjoyable regardless of weather or water conditions. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room for all of us. The design of the balcony makes it kind of stuffy and humid, but turning the fan on easily fixes that issue, and the adults tended to eat breakfast outside to enjoy the quiet sound of the morning waves. Even though the complex seemed to be fully booked, the beach was never too crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

  Secluded & clean condo in Perdido Key. Top floor unit has more than enough room and amenities! Fantastic views of the beach either from the living area or patio. Kids loved the automatic blinds. Only slight ding is you have to drive anywhere if you want to go out to dinner. It is not within walking distance to anything. Not an issue if you use the full kitchen to cook while on vacation like my family. Highly recommended! Will be staying here again!
