Phoenix X 604 welcomes you to a splendid 3-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo, nestled on the 6th floor, offering a perfect sanctuary for a serene beach vacation. Situated in Orange Beach, this condo is a haven for those seeking to unwind to the harmonious sound of ocean waves.

Enter the Primary suite, a realm of tranquility featuring a sumptuous King bed, a private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony where you can savor the ocean's breeze. The second bedroom is creatively designed with two Full-Over-Full bunk beds, providing a cozy retreat for additional guests or children. The third bedroom maintains the theme of comfort with a King bed, ensuring a restful sleep for all. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with a fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing delightful meals during your stay. Additionally, the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer adds to the homely experience.

Phoenix X complex, situated next door to the world famous Flora-Bama, offers an array of amenities to enrich your stay. CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix X. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

  Great condo! 2nd year to stay in this unit. Soooo clean. The linens are so clean and fresh. My only complaint last stay was that the balcony furniture needed an update and this year there was a fantastic new dining set. Very roomy and kitchen is well stocked. Highly recommend.

  We really enjoyed our stay! Plenty of room for everyone. Our "kids" loved the bunk room. Only negative thing I would have to say is that the patio furniture could use some updating! Other than that, great room, great view, clean and inviting.

  A very comfortable vacation rental with a beautiful view on the Gulf. The condo's floor-plan is spacious, the balcony large and very pleasant even on chillier days, and the kitchen is well equipped. The only thing we missed was some good reading lamps as we are avid readers. We also suggest that the owners leave a folder with directions for the TV, and fans. Otherwise we have no complaints and definitely will return. Thank you.

  We loved condo 604! It was clean, updated, and worked perfectly for us,our kids, and our grandbabies. We would definitely stay there again. We made lots of great memories, and loved the beach. Our favorite food places were Mikee's and Sunliner Diner. We also enjoyed going to Ft. Morgan, and on a fun dolphin cruise.

  Awesome beach experience! Great location. Beautiful beach. The pictures matched the condo. Parking was perfect being able to park on the same floor. Property management was quick to respond to my before trip questions. Super easy check in and we were able to check in early! I love the text and email updates from property management. We did not have any issues during our stay. The room with the bunks did not get as cool as the rest of the condo. Phoenix X employees very friendly and helpful. Phoenix X is very clean and well maintained! Ike's chair rental great. Walked to Flora-Bama for dinner. Take out from the Shrimp Basket was convenient and tasty. I will definitely look for properties managed by Liquid Life for future travels.
