Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  - Quick, convenient access to the beach
  - Fitness center has lots of equipment/options for a good workout
  - Great view of the Gulf from your room

  CONs
  - The pool is nothing special and very crowded almost all the time. Most of the pool area is taken up by the lazy river.
  - The room was "clean" but not very well-maintained, for example:
  
  *The couch/chairs in the living area had visible stains and the rug clearly needed a thorough cleaning.
  *We had to call maintenance twice during our 5 day stay -- once because of a leaking toilet (which we noticed at our arrival) and once because a bedframe broke and one of the beds collapsed when a 180lb man sat on the bed. In both instances maintenance arrived within a couple of hours and fixed the issues.
  *A couple of the chairs in the dining area were quite wobbly and clearly ready to fall apart at any moment.
  
  NOTE: The duration of our stay took place in early/mid August. As this is past peak season, we did not experience issues finding parking or long wait times at the elevators as I had read in previous reviews. It may also explain some of the "maintenance" issues.
  
  Overall, I'd recommend staying at Phoenix West II, but I'd probably choose a different room than 3005.

  Terrible, Phoenix West condos are far too crowded, pools too small it’s actually a money gimmick. The prices you pay to stay at these condos are not worth the money. Trust me I’ll never be back and plenty people on the elevators said the same thing, oh oh and besides the $6000 I paid for the week, I STILL had to pay $70 to park 2 vehicles! JOKE!

  Everything was very nice and clean. Beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. The elevators had a lot of traffic, and it would take a long time to go up and down the floors. There needs to be more elevators available. Also, we had to pay for 2 parking passes on top of what we had already paid for the condo. They only allowed 2 parking passes, but we had 3 vehicles. When you stay in a condo that allows up to 15 people, you would think they’d allow more than 2 parking passes.

  Great place for a vacation. Condo was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The dishwasher didn't clean or dry very well, probably needs repair. The master bedroom mattress was extremely soft. Overall a very nice place. I would pay special attention to the floor you are on, I wasn't prepared for how high we were, however, the view was amazing and kept the beach noise to a minimum. Any question I had was responded to very quickly.
