Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  The place was nice but there was a couple issues. The headboard is broke loose from the frame on the master bath. The ac doesn’t cool properly you have to put it on 65 degrees to cool off the unit and the humidity in the unit stays around 70%. The left shower head does not get really hot. The master bath right light bulb dims and brightens on its on. The refrigerator lights didn’t work. The curtain rod in the master bedroom is broke loose from the wall. Couple little issues but it was a nice place.

  Fantastic! Condo was very clean and spacious. View was amazing! Pool/lazy river was awesome, the kids and adults enjoyed them. The only issue we had was the elevators. We had to wait over an hour for an elevator the day we checked in. There are 6, but during check-in time that just didn't cut it.

  The Condo was exactly the way it was described. We had plenty of room for 12 people. The views were spectacular. My only complaint would be the elevators, sometimes we waited 20 minutes for an elevator to come to our floor.

  This was a wonderful vacation spot! So pristine clean! Spacious for my entire family! Warm, inviting and detail items like shampoo and even a snack basket for us as guests! Everything in perfect working order! The owner was a very caring person and contacted us to see if we needed anything. I would love to go back again ! So many wonderful things to do at Phoenix and this was the ideal “home away from home” rental place! Thank you!

  It was a great stay. Just remember they provide very little necessities ex. paper products, no coffee filters, if you need extra towels you wash them, you need to bring or buy any necessities you need.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 vanity and 1 bath bar soap per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.
