CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  My mom, husband, and two toddlers stayed for 4 nights and it was near perfect! The absolute only negatives I could come up with were that the tile floor must have been in dyer need of mopping because our feet turned black more than once. This transferred to the showers and tubs which required more cleaning. Ee did not walk around barefoot anywhere else so it had to be the room. Other than that- this is minimal- but I kind of wish the door code were 4 digits rather than 6. Yes I know security-wise it's great but it took us a couple of days to remember it after having to pull out phones out each time. As I said, not a big deal but on vacation, I want to think as little as possible! Overall we loved this condo!

  We love staying at the Phoenix West 2. The condo was beautiful with lovely view. We did however have a few minor issues. The double bedroom was not cleaned well, as there were grapevines on the floor by the night standsand grapes under the bed. The room by the front door TV went out, so no TV for the room. They seemed to be short on the bath towels as well. Also,bring extra trash bags as they only provided the one in the garbage can. Other than that we had a great time.

  We stayed at PW2 for Spring Break with our three small kiddos - we had so much room to spread out. Noise from neighbors was never an issue - we didn’t hear anyone which was great for a sleeping toddler. The kitchen was perfectly equipped - we had everything we needed for cooking breakfast and lunch. The Keurig coffee maker and ice machine were a bonus! The condo amenities were fantastic as well, my kids loved the indoor pool and easy walk to the beach. We’ll be back for sure!

  Let me start with the building. The Phoenix West II is a stand alone building with a parking garage, very nice inside facilities (hot tub and gym), indoor and outdoor pool, and a lazy river. That was awesome in itself! The condo was beautiful. 3 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and a wet bar with its own ice maker!! We were spoiled! We will be staying here again! The ONLY complaint I had was that there was zero hand soap in the entire place. Easy fix, just wasn’t expecting it, especially during these times.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab.   We made reservations with Liquid Life, Phoenix West 2 Unit 2309 in a “pet free unit”. I made the reservations by phone to ensure the unit had never had pets and was told the whole building was pet free. When we arrived at the unit, we were greeted by a portrait of dogs and a condo covered in dog hair. Two of our family members had allergic reactions shortly after our arrival. I vacuumed up large bags of pet hair myself. The patio furniture was all inside, the front door stop was broken, and one of the tubs didn’t drain. These were all small nuisances compared to the allergic reactions we were dealing with. I contacted Liquid Life. They would not move us to a comparable unit! We were told they would refund the cleaning fee & one nights rent if we signed a form stating we would not report this to the Better Business Bureau or comment any negativity on social media. I could not sign the form! It would be unethical not to warn other allergy suffers of the allergy concerns. Randy, the owner if the Liquid Life company sent me the rudest email I have ever received in my life! I did a Google search and found out the company had made the news and had a class action lawsuit against them. My family was lied to! My family’s health was put in jeopardy because of Liquid Lies! My money was waisted because my son and sister-in-law could not remain in the condo with the pet hair! Liquid Life is still falsely advertising Phoenix West II unit 2309 as a pet free unit! I regret renting from this unethical company!
