Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Beautiful Decorated Condo on the 19th floor. This condo had all the amenities you needed for cooking, entertainment and a bar with an iice maker.4full bath, very roomy, Big TV’s in each room. Living room couch can sleep 3 people comfortably.Horrible problem with elevators only 5 on each floor and this condo has 32 or 34 floors.. be prepared to wait for an elevator for 15 minutes are more.Huge Property, but only has elevator on one side.The air conditioning in this property wasn’t sufficient, air wouldn’t get under 76 the entire duration of the stay. Called maintenance still didn’t work I would recommend this property, but management definitely needs to work on the elevator. Horrible internet connections.. phones couldn’t call out or receive messages, you had to go to different parts of the building to get reception. The elevators, internet connection and the air conditioning system was the worst and frustrating part of staying in Phoenix West 11. If you could move this condo to another location it would be perfect.The condo is not the issue it’s the property.

  This condo is beautiful and large. The beds are extremely comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. The ocean was gorgeous (crystal clear) for the week we were there and the beach attendants were great. Parking is easy and close to the building. My only complaint is the horrible elevators. We were there during the busy 4th of July holiday and it often took a really long time to get an elevator. It was so bad that there was a line of over 50 people waiting on an elevator one day to get up from the beach. Since this condo is on the 19th floor, walking the stairs in not ideal. Maybe this isn't a problem during slower times, but beware if you have someone old or fragile in your group that can't easily wait in long lines.

  My family and I had an amazing stay at tho condo. There was seven of us and we all had plenty of room and weren't on top of each other. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. My kids loved the bunk beds and enjoyed playing with the large Jenga blocks that were there. The beach was very nice and very clean. We had a day when the waves were way too rough to enjoy being on the beach but the condo has an indoor and outdoor pool as well as a splash pad, water slide,and lazy river so we never miss out on any fun. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

  The condo was beautiful and very spacious for our large group. We were surprised to find basic necessities were not provided and we had to go to a store immediately. After a 12 hour drive, we would’ve appreciated knowing this beforehand. The condo did not have any hand soap. It came with 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 trash bag. We’ve stayed in several rental properties that all had a stock of items in the kitchen— such as coffee filters for the pot provided, hand towels, and salt and pepper. FYI- this condo does not come with these things. Going to the store and buying hand towels is ridiculous when you’re already paying so much to stay in this building, that claims to be stocked and ready for guests. The condo was beautiful and our stay was enjoyable, I just wish we had known ahead of time in order to pack more accordingly, rather than buy all these items the day we arrived.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.
