Phoenix West offers a range of amenities for a fulfilling beach vacation. This complex features a lazy river and twisty water slide, catering to fun for all ages. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  We love the condo property, but a little less than impressed with the actual unit. All of the beds squeaked horribly. And without having any carpet, we had to wear shoes almost the entire time to keep our feet clean.

  The condo was very nice and beach convenient with an awesome lazy river. Although the floors were in need of cleaning, it left our feet Black, the other issue is the shampoo and body cleaner was like water not good. We were glad we brought our own. We enjoyed the balcony most of all. Yes we would stay again if the floors were cleaned.

  This review is purely based on our specific condo and Liquid Life
  1. The advertised check in time is 3 with a tiny statement that states there’s no guarantee that 3 will be when the condo is available. Understandable statement if the previous tenants caused damage etc. Arrived around 3 and since condo wasn’t ready decided to get groceries as the person at LL said it shouldn’t be too much longer. Fast forward 2 plus hours later and still the condo wasn’t “ready”. My husband went to the condo, knocked on the door, looked through the window and there was no one in the condo cleaning it. At this point we are boiling mad, contact LL, and they finally give us a code to get in. Upon initial inspection, everything seemed clean and in order.
  2. Fast forward about 30 minutes later. Our children were walking around barefoot and my SIL noticed all of the kids’ feet were completely black from the filthy floors. The remainder of the trip everyone had to wear shoes in the condo at all times to avoid the disgusting floors.
  3. The dishwasher is broken and does not work properly. There was so much detergent stuck in the washing pod that you could tell this has been a recurring problem.
  4. The refrigerator’s compressor would cut on and off when it felt like it. There was a huge frozen ice chunk in the bottom of the freezer which proved that was also a recurring problem. We almost lost all of our groceries in the refrigerator if I wouldn’t have noticed the compressor stopped working.
  5. All of the beds were uncomfortable and sounded like they were going to fall apart anytime you moved.
  6. A dining room chair was broken upon arrival. Luckily I noticed it and moved the chair so no one would sit it in it and get hurt.
  7. Most of the doors did not latch properly so you could forget locking a door.

  This condo is wonderful. We decided to splurge and spend a little more this year on a property and our stay was great. The only complaint is the beds/mattresses are awful. The king bed creaked so loud with even the slightest movement. Other than that we had plenty of comfortable living room seating and plenty of room for the kids to have their own space with their own bathroom. The kitchen had plenty of pans and utensils for cooking. Our kids loved the lazy River and slide. The walk to the beach was short. The longest wait for elevators was maybe 20 mins but most times we had no problem getting an elevator within a few mins. The facility and room was clean. We will definitely be back again!

  We stayed in Phoenix West 607 this past May. Unit was ok. The mattresses, especially the master bedroom, were LOUD. I mean they made a loud noise with every little move. Sounded like the boxsprings were made from cardboard and cheap wood. That was our only complaint but enough of an annoyance to make us glad to leave on our final day. Liquid Life has been made aware of the issue. Hopefully, it will be resolved. We love the Phoenix West complex location and amenities. We will stay there a different unit with good reviews :)

  Liquid Life was wonderful to work with! They were very accommodating, the condo had everything we needed. We had one question early on during our stay and within that same day they were bringing a replacement. The guy that delivered the patio table was very nice and made sure everything else was ok. He was very nice and courteous. The view is amazing! The patio was used by our group everyday during our stay. The condo is right inside from the parking garage which is very convenient. There was some wait time for the elevators but it helped only being on the 6th floor.
