The Primary suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a plush King bed and a private bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in tile shower, and dual vanity. The suite also includes a flat-screen TV, providing a private space for relaxation and entertainment.

The second bedroom is thoughtfully designed with two Queen beds, flat-screen TVs, and an ensuite bathroom, offering comfort and convenience for additional guests. The third bedroom offers a cozy Queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and its own private bath, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

The living room is a welcoming space with a flat-screen TV and a sofa sleeper, ideal for gathering and enjoying leisure time. The highlight of Phoenix West 507 is the balcony, which provides spectacular views of the water, a perfect backdrop for your vacation.

The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

  The Phoenix West is a great facility with several amenities. Our room, however, was not so great.
  We booked unit 507 due to it being on a fairly lower level and having a large stand-alone ice maker. THAT feature clinched our decision! Unfortunately, the ice maker was out of order for our entire stay 😠
  One of the bedroom’s en suite had a clogged bathroom sink drain, and one of the queen beds had an 18”w x 4” deep divot in the center. Unusable 👎��
  The owners need to show this room some love and attention, for sure.
  Even with these downfalls, we still enjoyed our vacation. I mean... WHO doesn’t enjoy overlooking a serene beach and a week of relaxation?

  LOVED THE UNIT, GREAT LOCATION AND LAZY RIVER WAS A BIG HIT. Upon arrival we found a note on the ice machine that said out of order sorry for the inconvenience I contacted you and you sent someone right over who said a part had been ordered. I feel we should have known this was not working ahead of time as the refrigerator had no ice make so we had to buy ice the entire week. We could not make or receive calls on our Verizon phones. We had to go to parking garage to make a call. If that is not a fixable problem, a land line should be installed in case of a 911 emergency. The living room furniture was very worn and not very clean. When you pay that much for a family vacation you don't expect to find furniture in that condition. We loved everything else about the place and would love to stay again if above improvements were made. Please pass that onto the owner. We had a great time! Everyone at Liquid Life from the first phone call to the last was very nice and professional. This is the second time I have used your company and will use you again in the future. loved your clean linen policy too! Thank you again will look forward to our next visit!

  We enjoy visiting Orange and appreciate the rental process which easy and very professional. The view were great and kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms were excellent. The one downer was the condition of the furniture on the balcony. The were worn out and uncomfortable. Fortunately, we had some chair we brought with us. Would stay again but suggest replacing or updating the outside furniture.

  Minor issues including light bulb missing washer spin cycle inadequate to drain clothes properly,carpets in bedrooms could use cleaning.The one major flaw to unit is the inability for Verizon phone system work in much of facility and a non secure internet.Overall great location and facility.   Easy to navigate from location to gulfshores and orange beach attractions.

  This is a very nice rental unit. The colors are appealing and the suite is spacious.
  
  A desk or other near the entrance would be appealing as well as a few more patio chairs. When the counter chairs are replaced we'd recommend such of not such large size.
  
  Overall, we are interested in renting this again next year as soon as grandkids' school breaks are known.

  Our family stayed a week in October. The condo is great for a large family. Amenities at the condo were excellent. Parking in the same floor your condo is on is great, don’t have to fight for the elevator to carry groceries to your condo. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing I could recommend is the living room furniture and the furniture on the balcony need to be updated, it was very wore. We have definitely found the place we will stay from now on.

  The property was exceptionally clean and really nice and the condo had a lot of space for our family! The parking deck was extremely convenient. We were there during Hurricane Ida so parking in the deck, on the same level as our unit, was so great. There was no wind or rain to fight unloading our belongings and when grocery shopping. Each level had shopping carts and carts for unloading. Extremely convenient and easy!! The view from our unit was phenomenal! I can't express how professional the staff was. We were kept informed of warnings, etc., during the bad weather. My grandchildren LOVED the lazy river,pools and water slide. The pools/water was clean at all times. Check in and out was so quick and easy. The only thing we would have liked would be to have some sort of small restaurant on the property and a tiki bar. My family will stay at Phoenix West in the future!

  We love this condo. We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers. We all fit very comfortably, everyone has their own bed and bathroom. The condo has VERY slow elevators but being on the 5th floor, it is easy to just use the stairs.

  Great place to stay! My only complaints was lack of spatulas so I don’t scratch pots and pans with metal untensils. Need a few more kitchen towels. Also, need curtains with backing bc the sunlight (in AM) if you want to sleep In and tv (in PM) give off too much light if you want to go to bed early. Balcony furniture was in poor condition. Other than these few issues we enjoyed our stay and the condo.

  Condo is what is shown in pictures. 5th floor allowed direct access to parking garage which was really beneficial since the elevators are very busy at peak arrival and departure times. Great location above the lazy River with unbelievable beach view.

  We enjoyed our stay here, as it was an escape from MN winter! There were negative reviews of this condo, but overall, we liked it. I didn't find the kitchen to be poorly stocked. I was actually surprised to find a muffin tin, 9x13 pan, crock pot and a blender. The icemaker was great to have. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and double shower heads in the shower. We loved the high celings and felt the condo had plenty of space.
  Any issues we found at the beginning of our stay were kindly repaired right away. The carpets, rug and furniture do show some age, but it looks like the larger couch has been replaced since pictures were taken. Because our stay was a bit longer, I had time to fix the provided vacuum. Once the belt was back on, the carpets looked a bit better ;). I do agree that the outdoor furniture needs to be replaced.

  First, Liquid Life staff is amazing, so easy to work with. Unit 507 was clean, could use a good deep clean. The floors along the edge of walls, the wall in the master bath should've been wiped down. There was no TP holder in master bath, bedding needs updating, living room furniture could be updated, or at least a good cleaning. Nothing major.
