In the Primary suite, embrace the epitome of comfort with a King bed, a flat-screen TV, and a lavish private bath featuring a Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tile shower, and dual vanity. The serenity continues in the second bedroom, which houses a King bed and its own private bath, ensuring privacy and relaxation. The third bedroom is equally inviting with two Queen beds and a private bath, perfect for additional guests or family members. Both guest bedrooms are outfitted with large flat-screen TVs and DVD players for endless entertainment.

The living area, a Primarypiece of comfort and style, is adorned with tile flooring and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer a breathtaking view of the Gulf. Unwind with a movie or your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV, or lounge on the sofa sleeper that adds additional sleeping space.

Stay connected with wireless internet access throughout the condo, and indulge in culinary adventures with a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. Phoenix West offers a range of amenities for a fulfilling beach vacation. This complex features a lazy river and twisty water slide, catering to fun for all ages. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

  The condo was awesome! We traveled with another family for the first time, 9 of us fit perfectly with the sofa bed. We had 4 adults and 5 kids. It was very clean, kitchen was stocked with all the items needed, everything was in working order and the management company was very communitive. The beds were very comfortable and the view from floor 22 was amazing. Only negative was the internet and reception, we all got terrible phone/internet service, had to go down to beach to get service and make calls. Would have really liked to have a secure wi-fi that was password protected. Defintley would recommend and plan on returning!

  We were at this unit for 5 nights between Christmas and New Year's, and we had a great experience. We stayed in this same unit last year. Everything was very clean upon arrival. The ease of checking in was wonderful! One of the faucets was broken off in the main bedroom, but we called to report that and it was fixed by the next day. Liquid Life is great!

  Liquid Life stepped in when we found out 4 days before our arrival with luxury Coastal vacations that our condo was not available due to Hurricane Sally.....panic time! I found this delightful place and they were so easy to work with, so quick to respond, and their maintenance crew was amazing....had someone to our unit within 45 minutes when we let them know our AC was not working. Everything was very easy with Liquid Life!
