Embark on a journey of relaxation in the Primary suite, where a King bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bath with Jacuzzi tub, large walk-in tile shower, and dual vanity set the stage for serene moments. The second bedroom mirrors this luxury with a King bed and its own private bath. The third bedroom, equally inviting, offers two Queen beds and a private bath, making it an ideal haven for additional guests or family members. Both guest bedrooms are equipped with large flat-screen TVs for endless entertainment.

The living area is a Primarypiece of comfort and style, boasting tile flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the breathtaking Gulf views, a cozy sleeper sofa, and a large flat-screen TV for movie nights or lazy afternoons.

Stay connected and entertained with wireless internet access throughout the condo. The fully equipped kitchen caters to all your culinary desires, whether preparing a family meal or a romantic dinner. A wet bar with an ice maker adds an extra layer of convenience and luxury to your stay. For added practicality, a full-sized washer and dryer are also available.

Phoenix West offers a range of amenities for a fulfilling beach vacation. This complex features a lazy river and twisty water slide, catering to fun for all ages. The zero-entry pool and kiddie pool provide swimming options for everyone. Tennis courts are available for guests who enjoy active leisure. The indoor heated pool, complemented by indoor and outdoor hot tubs, offers relaxation opportunities. For outdoor dining enthusiasts, there's a grilling area. The complex also includes a boardwalk with an outdoor shower for easy beach access. An exercise room and a sauna are available for fitness and relaxation needs.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix West. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

  We were impressed from the minute we walked in. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax together and have some private space. Four bathrooms was amazing for a family vacation - no waiting for showers! The 180 degree view of the ocean was outstanding from the balcony and I. The main living area. Perfect design, easy walk out to the beach. The lazy river was such a nice change from just lounging at a poolside.

  Very easy to rent. The company stayed in touch we me before, during, and after our stay. There is a Keurig coffee pot in the kitchen which is not listed on the amenities section which would have been nice to know.
