  This condo has been beautifully updated! The decor is truly inviting and very relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable (my husband felt the master bed was more comfortable than our bed at home!), and the furniture was extremely relaxing. We had an issue with a toilet one night, but maintenance arrived within 20 minutes to fix our problem. The property management company was very pleasant to work with and checked on us several times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

  Location was excellent. Ease of check in/out was nice. However, very disappointed in lack of cleanliness of condo. The couch and chair in the Living area were FILTHY with numerous stains. The arms of the furniture were actually black/brown and couch was supposed to be a grey fabric. The main bed was very uncomfortable. The headboard was actually leaning forwards coming apart from the bed rails when we arrived. The main shower was also not very clean, had mildew. The outdoor patio furniture was dirty, we had to wipe it down. Fan blades in LR and main bedroom were full of dust. The LR rug was also VERY dirty. Was not impressed by kitchen utensils/cookware, very flimsy and difficult to use. Could overlook this if the place had actually been clean.
  
  Will NOT be back and would NOT recommend.

  Just spent one week in this wonderful condo in Orange Beach. Everything included was in excellent shape and professional quality. Management was friendly and informative and had answers to every question I had. Location was central to everything and really enjoyed the beach rentals a few steps onto the wonderful beach. The pool area was large and with enough lounges for everyone. The grills (which we used often) were large and clean.
  Can not say enough about this condo, will be returning as soon as possible.

  Overall very good experience. Lots of details taken care of. Our refrigerator was not cooling like it should when we arrived. They immediately sent out someone to service. When they discovered it couldn't be fixed they sent out another refrigerator that worked perfectly. Very peaceful and enjoyable experience.

  The condo was exactly as described. Very clean. Just a heads up though. Bring extra toilet paper, you are only provided one roll per bathroom. My only complaint about the Condo is the elevators. 4 elevators but only 2 sometimes 3 are working. The down buttons do not work at all. You must push up then right down.

We set every condo up with a started kit, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom,1 trash bag per can, 1 dishwashing tab, and 1 detergent tab. This is to help guests get settled in when they first arrive. Due to each stay being a different length of time, we have the started kit to be fair for each guest that arrives.   This was absolutely the worst condo I have been in for vacation. #1- Customer Service is very poor and don’t care about consumer concerns and dissatisfaction. All this company care about charging ridiculous crazy expensive condo fees and rental fees. The photos advertised on the website doesn’t even slightly compared to the condo that was rented. The condo was very dated with old, smelly and broken furniture. The very front door of the condo make you feel like you was in a 1 star motel in some remote place. This company and the owner need to be reported to Better Business Bureau and Bureau of Consumer Protection. From day #1 at this condo everything was broken- television, furniture, bed and appliances. No refund or compensation is given to dissatisfied consumers when proof is submitted that what was seen on website is not what was seen in the condo. The pictures are staged pictures company keep using over and over and was taken when condo was new with fresh paint. I have lots of pictures taken shown how unkept the condo has been, along with broken and unclean furnitures. I tried numerous times to reach out to company to get some form of assistance, but my calls and e-mails are left unanswered. Please don’t rent none of Liquid-life Vacation condos until absolutely sure pictures were taken within a year or less and receive current video of how condo really look presently. Please all read company reviews on BBB and other reviews sites, you will see thousands of negative reviews. I just didn’t read the reviews before I rented the condo, I would have definitely ran away from this company. My kids weren’t able to sleep in bunk bed because it was broken and a hazard. Company again refuse to do anything about the fix the situation. I basically paid for a condo that should have been locked down for renovation. The television was broken, bathrooms were dirty, I could see dirt all over the bathroom tub and walls. The sofa was wet, dirt

  The condo is tastefully decorated, very nice place. Prompt response from maintenance on the one minor issue. Very convenient way to report any concerns via text. The building is a bit congested with only 4 elevators and due to ongoing maintenance they are frequently down to 3... however I do plan to stay here again.

  This is a super cute place with the perfect amount of space for our family. It was in a great location and had great amenities. Check in and out was easy. Can’t say a bad thing about it. I do wish it had more hanging space in the master shower for towels, etc. There was some staining on furniture and pillows from normal wear and tear but overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly come back again!!

  It was a good experience overall. I wish covid does not make thing so hard . The condo was comfortable but definitely can improve some thing like having chairs for the beach , or umbrella . It was cold so we didn’t need it but thinking in summer time that will be hard . Also the refrigerator kept leaking water 💦 on the first shelve . Kitchen supplies were limited . We were there 3 nights and ate most of time outside so it didn’t really make a difference fir us .
