The Primary suite is a haven of comfort, boasting a luxurious King bed, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, a private bath for relaxation, and direct balcony access for those stunning views. The second guest room is equally inviting, with two cozy Full beds and a flat-screen TV, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Great Condo, kitchen well stocked for meal prep, clean unit, excellent view from the balcony, comfy beds, easy check in. Rent from Liquid life every year and would happily return to this unit. Parking pass was $55.00 per vehicle which didn't expect but receptionist stated that Homeowners Association sets the price.

  Nice location and plenty of parking. The elevators here are awful. The condo unit is nice. Balcony has a lovely view of beach and the pool. Most of living room furniture is very uncomfortable. In the extra bedroom the beds are awful, very uncomfortable and noisy. The second restroom shower curtain was moldy. Good size fridge and pantry. Even had a keurig so we didn’t have to bring up the one we brought from home. Nice pool area.

  the rental was good,spacious. The plastic flowers should be changed out, they were all very dusty. There were only 6 towels nd 4 washcloths for the entire week. We asked for more and were told to wash them. We had no problem with that, however it took the drier over 2 houra to dry 4 towels and 4 washcloths. Had we of known up front, we could have brought our own linens.

  Beautiful and comfortable furnishings! The place looked exactly like the photos. Easy check in and check out. It’s a big building but we never had trouble finding aa parking spot. Everything was well maintained and the kitchen was well equipped. The balcony lounge chair desperately needs a new cushion, but that is my only gripe. The communication with the property manager was excellent. They did not bombard us with emails and or text messages during our stay.   Very cute condo. The way it was decorated made it feel warm and comfy with style. Phoenix VII staff were nice although we really did not have any need for any real interaction. Facility clean, nice and I also want to point out that they had hand sanitizer (big bottles) around the facility. (entrance to pool, lobby, and elevator lobbies. Truly enjoyed our stay.
