The second bedroom is cozy and inviting, equipped with a comfortable Queen bed, while the third bedroom is spacious, housing two Queen beds. All bedrooms are outfitted with flat-screen TVs for your entertainment pleasure. The second and third bedrooms share access to the second bathroom, complete with a tub/shower, catering to the needs of all guests.

Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  Not too fancy.... older condo, but very clean. Wasn’t expecting to pay $55 for each parking pass. Was under the impression it came with two passes, but I was wrong. Good for a girls trip. Would stay again.

  Love Phienix VII. We typically stay here when we come. Rooms are clean, staff are very nice. We had a door knob stick and it was fixed within the hour, even tho it meant removing the knob and repla ing it. Great service!

  My family really enjoyed this rental. It’s not fancy but had everything we needed. The layout is great. Very open which worked out really well since we had two families in the unit. So nice to be able to walk right out on the patio in the early morning or late evening. Any questions were answered quickly. Keypad on door was very convenient. I honestly cannot think of one thing I didn’t enjoy:)

  Lovely place, but here are a few suggestions! Overall, it was very clean, but it is definitely time to have the furniture and bedroom carpets deep cleaned. Adding a loveseat would be nice, as some of us had to sit on kitchen chairs to watch tv at night. Maintenance needs to fix toilet handle in master bedroom, it fell off every time it was flushed. Kitchen was very well stocked, so cooking was no problem. I do recommend getting new knives, they were so dull they wouldn’t cut through butter. Also, need a new vegetable peeler. We will probably rent again, it’s a great family place!!

  When we arrived, there was toothpaste on the tooth she holders from the previous guests. I texted Liquid Life about it and asked if they could supply a few more washcloths since only 4 were provided and we are a family of 5. We were told that there’s a national shortage of washcloths. What?? Only in 2020. We booked this place b/c of the location, which is stellar, but the condo itself is dated and just okay. I won’t knowingly book with Liquid Life again.
