CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  We had a great time. Loved the pool. View was great. The only downside was our ice maker would not work. They sent someone up to repair it but it still wouldn't work. I would definitely stay again!

  We were very pleased with our week at Phoenix VII. Unit 1107 was just what we needed. Well equipped and well positioned on the Gulf.
  The view from the balcony on the 11th floor was spectacular!
  Outdoor and indoor pools were nice and well maintained. Fitness room was well equipped for the one day I couldn’t walk the beach.

  We really loved this condo! It was very clean and super comfortable. Also bigger than I originally thought. The kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of towels and extra blankets. We also loved that the TVs were Directv and all the channels we wanted were available. We really felt like we were at home in this condo and would highly recommend!

  Our time at 1107Phoe it was great, weather. Ot the best. This unit could use paint, removal of all the rugs as they weren’t very clean. Overall the unit was clean, but rugs in the bedroom very dirty. We do enjoy the view from there.

  This was a great location and it was perfect view of the ocean view, it was great because as soon as you got off the elevator your room was right there it is definitely great for me and my boyfriend just enough room and the bed was nice and comfy too!!!
