Gather in the living room, where a sofa sleeper expands the accommodation capacity to 8 guests. Unwind while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV, complete with Blu-Ray & DVD player, making it ideal for movie nights.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

  The building is super clean and staff was very helpful. The condo itself was great! Very clean, the beds were comfortable and having a washer/dryer unit was a plus! We sat out on the balcony every night till we went to bed. The only thing I would add is a couple extra trash bags (we only had 1) and they have S & P shakers, but they were empty. We will be back! Loved our stay - The Blue Angles flew by one evening while we were on the balcony. Amazing! Also, if you have flown in and do not have beach chairs etc., rent them if you can. It was great not having to carry all that to the beach. The guys are great that set up your chairs and umbrellas. ($40/day). The price gets cheaper the more days you rent.

  Love being in a beachfront property and enjoyed the spacious balcony. However, the condo had a very distinct cigarette smell the whole time we were there. Which was unexpected, considering that it’s supposed to be a smoke free building. I did notify management to see if there’s something that they can do to mitigate the smell for future guests. Also, be prepared that the parking pass was $55 - which was much higher than parking passes I’ve paid in other buildings in the area.

  Great condo! Very clean, plenty of room and everything we needed for the week. This was the perfect time to go to the beach. Not busy at all. Never had to wait on an elevator. Only problem we had was operating the TV. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend The Cobalt Restaurant!

  We just concluded a weekly rental at Pheonix 6 #6914. The unit was clean and well-appointed. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had modern appliances with plenty of dishware and utensils. It was perfect for making a meal for you to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the Gulf. The Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area has numerous attractions and restaurants. Its greatest attraction is the white sand beach which we enjoyed every day and it's just a short walk from the condo. The building also contained many amenities including an indoor and outdoor pool. I highly recommend this unit.
